Electrolux India — AC Compressor warranty

I have 5 years warranty on my ac but after 3 years i find issues in compressor and there is no one to address the issues. After several attempts at customer care they said electrolux co. Is closed in india and need to contact the the dealer from where i have purchased. Dealer - vijay sales when i contacted from where i purchased ac said they are not responsible for this need to approach electrolux.

We are not approaching any local repair service so that we may claim warranty for our ac compressor.

Please suggest what shall i do and where to approach.
