Electrolux India — complaining about faulty ac and faulty repairs by service centers

This is complain about my new ac bought in march which has been not been repaired for the second time after the first time was not repaired correctly. There has been a delay for 10 days to provide proper services by svc service center and mr nawab. On repeatedly calling the said service center i am still to get service and repairs. My complain to the customer care was also dealt very casually with the phone rep laughing at my anguish. Shame on the people to recruit such shoddy people and repair centers.
