We purchased an Electrolux Split A.C ES18Q4I 1.5T 3 star Inverter A.c on 21st October 2017 from Vijay sales sector-29 gurgaon. The A.c is not functioning from may 2018 ( summer time in Gurgaon) after one month usage its been 1.5 months since we are complaining for the service but i guess its falling on deaf ears.
Their service colaborator's some C-point agency has sent a technician who said a part is defective and it needs to be ordered after multiple chasing the part arrives after 20 days and when another technician arrives with that part he finds out another part is defective now he says that part will take 10-15 days to arrive. God knows till when this drama goes on Electrolux india i[censored] cannot provide proper service please stop selling your products in india you are adding agony to costumer.
