I have been calling up customer care and your area incharge Mr. Pranay Utpal on regular basis for this issue for almost 2 months now. This product sold to me has some manufacturing defect and has been utterly useless to me since day 1. I have requested for a replacement 2 weeks after the purchase which hasn't been processed yet! I am very unhappy with the after sales service of your company.
