Electrolux India — New Split AC outdoor unit not working | |||||
I had purchased electrolux 1 ton split ac model no es12m5c-altw-id from vijay sale, kharghar navi mumbai. Technician done all installation work, while commissioning it found outdoor unit is not working, technician done troubleshooting but no luck... It seems dealer or co has delivered faulty unit... From last 3 days my others house renovation works is pending due to this... So far no response from electrolux service centre. Worst service by electrolux india Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have complained twice regarding my split ac bought last year and every time the person says we have provided a complaint number and will be resolved in time. But no response then later happens
Kindly arrange for a call back ASAP or replace the Ac or take it back as it is in warranty
