Electrolux India — Unprofessional behavior from service engineers

I have requested (Ahm[protected]) for service of an electrolux ac for 15 days.
No one is attending my call properly. I have been calling daily for this and i was told to stay home (17/06/2017) so that my request can be attended which i did despite it was inconvenient for me (It happened the second time. I had to do the same thing 5 days back). And since morning i have been calling on the number which i have received on message.

It's the most pathetic service i have encountered so far. Your service engineers simply do not care whether anybody is busy. Let me know if i should apply for leave for an entire week just for ac service

Dear sir, our services our not good, your service people our not good they our not able to find problem in my Air condishner and they not worry of the our A.C and they our came to our place to 6 to 7 times but they our not givining impt. to our A.C .
please get a solution to it and show some impt. to our A.C.

I had purchased one Oxygen Ultra 60 SS Hood (Chimney) from a dealer in Sambalpur. The same is not working now. Request you to Book a complain and send a Service Engineer.
