Electrolux India — service manager behaviour too casual

I would like to inform you that i raised a complen regarding my electrolux ac was not coolling properly. Technician visit and told ac compressor was burn and my ac was in warranty period. Very poor service from electrolux company. And employees behaviour too causal. My complen number is bhu[protected]. I raised complen on 02.09.2018 and till date i have not got any responses from bubaneswar service centre. Kindly helping me regarding my issues.
