Electrolux India — Very very poor service of washing machine | |||||
I had registered a washing machine(Elecolux make) complaint on 08.03.17, technician came & servicing could not done due to unavailability of spares. They told to provide replacement. Today11.04.17 electrolux service in charge Mr.Pramod (Ph:[protected]) called me & to be paid Rs.1900/- more to getting replacement of another model. Why should i pay extra money for replacement? I was not expecting such kind of pathetic service from a well known brand.
I will suggest people not to go by brand names but see which company provides good service.
