I bought a electrolux doubledoor freeze in July 2013, Which worked quite alright for about one and a half year. Then the lower part lacked cooling. We ldged a complain in April 2015, which was attended by a technician. He said a purse looking like a box will have to be replaced, which cost Rs 1500, It was replaced on 21th April 2015 but still the problem is existing, i.e. the lower part is not cooling at all. So wht can be said? Are the technicians sent by the company inefficient? They cannot detect the problem? Or what else? Whatever, we the consumers are the sufferer.
