Bought an 80 Ltr refrigerator (model - ECL093SH) through Snapdeal.com on 23 May 2014. It was delivered after 15 days on 06 Jun. The company rep came on 11 Jun to install it and the glass shelf over the vegetable box was found shattered. It has not been replaced till date. Then the machine stopped working after a few days. After numerous complaints, a mechanic came and found the compressor dead. He came again on 28 Jun and changed the compressor. On 29 Jun the machine went dead again and this time even the freezer compartment got damaged, as if it had started melting. Numerous complaints have been filed at electrolux.[protected]@pemail.in, but no reply has been received from them. The local rep is insisting on repairing it again, which we have refused and have asked for replacement. We have paid for a new refrigerator and are being forced to accept repeated repairs and wastage of time and comfort. Was this information helpful? |
