i bought a new bajaj table fan model TT01 on 10/03/2013 which was in a sealed box and when took to home and tried to operate it, its not working so we complained and given to bajaj service center "SRUJANA ENTERPRISES, RAMNAGAR GUNDU, HYDERABAD-44" with complaint numbers "2419695" , "2438127" and "2358489"
they told that they will repair and return it back in 3 days and till date "15/04/2013" they haven't repaired it and they only say as no stock with them waiting for the stock to come.
its almost 1 and half month after giving for repair, they always say wait for 2 days stock is coming.
It has been a never ending wait ever since then. Every day we’ve been calling up the call center and the so-called Service Center guy(Ravi Varma) who keeps on assuring us that we’ll receive a new equipment very soon. Nothing has moved so far that elusive ‘tomorrow’ never seems to be anywhere near. Moreover these guys(ravi varma from the Service Centre) are utterly rude while communicating and have no respect for either the time or money of bajaj's customers.
So this is the real story behind the bajaj– an organization full of cheats. Right now it’s been almost 6 weeks and I have no hope of getting either a refund or a new working fan and these guys have obviously robbed me of my money.
