I have purchased Philips Blu ray player DVP 2900 from Reliance digital as a combo offer with Onkyo Hometheater, they delivered the player after the one month of purchase. When i tried playing the disc it didnt work and the disc got struck inside the player and also it didnt turned off once it gets on. I contacted Reliance digital on 25-May -2013 and they took service request on the same. After continuous follow up they told that they would replace with the next model. I got Philips service center no (Kodambakkam-Chennai) from the reliance digital and i started myself following them, even they are keep telling that i would receive the good soon with the replacement.
It is almost 3 month, i am keep on chasing them for my product till now but there is no proper solution given by them.
Very very bad service. They are not valuing the customer they are only into MONEY....
