I PURCHASED ONE DVD PLAYER THREE IN ONE FROM MEGA MORE STORE. FROM DATE OF PURCHASE IT IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY.I VISITED PHILIPS STAR SERVICE CENTRE AS THEIR AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER FOR ITS SERVICE.THEY REPAIR THE SAME AND AGAIN START GIVING PROBLEM.I AGAIN VISITED THEIR SERVICE CENTRE FOR REPAIR AND THEY CHARGED Rs.1173/-.IT FUNCTION ONLY ONE MONTH AND AGAIN START GIVING PROBLEM.I AGAIN VISITED THEIR CERVICE FOR SERVICING AND THEY CHARGED Rs.700/-STILL IT IS NOT WORKING.IN ONE AND HALF YEAR OF PURCHASE SIX TIMES I VISITED THE PHILIPS STAR SERVICE CENTRE,INDORE AND IT IS STILL LYING WITH THEM FOR REPAIRING.I HAD INCURRED THE SAME AMOUNT ON REPAIRING ON IT.SUSHIL CHOPRA,13FD,SLICE3,SCHEME78,INDORE...MOBILE [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

philips/ dvd player — Service not getting properly
DearI have given my philips dvd player to mahor electonics dated on 5th aug and he told me that your dvd player flap broken that why your player not read any cd. you have to change it and its cost near about 150 plus. Then i said ok. But till he giving only one excuse that flap parts not availble. i am really very much dissatisfy that it take two month time perioud to repair it. pl do require.
