[Resolved]  Philips / Mixer Grinder — Service fault in the jar and unavailability of a new jar

I am in need of Philips Juicer Mixer jar but there is no response neither in the the shop I bought nor in the Philips customer care center in vellore. I need a new jar as one of my jars is in repair. there is no proper response regarding the repair of my old jar too. I tried calling customer care in vein.

Please provide me a solution for this.
