[Resolved]  Symphony / Storm 70e — too much noise & no cooling

i bought a symphoney cooler model storm70i from surabhi jayanti market jaipur on[protected]. but it dont work proper too much noise from motor & no cooling . i complaint about this to dealer & service center of company & complaint no . is MAH-18E13013. but no proper response given by company. the man manish khunteta who come for complaint he says that i send it to my supervisor . but no body come. i complaint for this to toll free number but no responce from there. plese help me.
