We have received product of above ordered item on Dt.17/06/2023 and on verification it was found defective.

Then, I have sent mails to the supplier on 18/06/23 & 19/06/23 regarding defective item for replacement / Refund.

But the the supplier did not reply to the mails sent regarding issue.

Hence it is requested to replace the above item with tested and inspected Multimeter as per order at earliest possible for my immediate requirement Pl.
