This website is scamming people by not refunding the amount when the order is not delivered or partially delivered. They don't provide a proper communication channel to get the customer support and whenever you call them the phone usually doesn't connect, or no one answers. Sometimes you get lucky to get a response, but they always have a template to say that they will ship the items. Our money is tuck with them and they never handle...

It is more than a month, but they are not responding they are sending the parts.

This is a fraud website.

Once you order either you never get your parcel or you will get only some and cheap items.. rest of items they will say that out of stock even website showing product available in stock

They are group of fraud.. if you get pending amount in their app wallet and again ordered for rest of items than they will not send any items to you.. so please don't buy anything.. share awareness to another friends.. this is scammers..

I am writing to escalate an issue with an online electronics components store by the name ElectronicsComp.com . I placed an order on the
28th of OCT 2023 hoping to receive the items with in a week, it's been more than 10 days and I find the order status showing as "Confirmed" on their website with out any update on the shipping status of the order. I send a follow up email for which I did receive a reply on the 4th NOV from one Mr....

I placed two orders for electronics components, on Electronicscomponents.com, while the order was delivered after a long time and after a lot of follow up, the following items have not been delivered and even the refund has not been done.

I've ordered 1 x 500kg load cell and HX711 module from electronicscomp.com . They accepted the order right away but never shipped it. I dropped a mail to them after 10 days for status to which they respond that the item is not available with them and shall only be shipping once they receive the order, which has no certain timeline. I asked them to cancel the order to which they said that the refund money shall be transferred to the electronicscomp...

I had ordered 8 different items, out of which one item has 10 Nos quantity (BT139 600V - 16A Triac) order priced 30Rs per part. These parts if it doesn't match my requirement during testing, i had ordered another 5 Nos of higher rated part BT139 600V - 16A Triac priced 75Rs. The higher priced part has been shipped along with 6 other items such as heatsinks... However the 10 parts of BT139 600V 16A Triac is not present in shipment. The invoice sheet sent along with this order doesnt have a blue tick, which is present in another order i had raised. I have shared same as scanned copies, i am yet to get a closure on this. Since i see similar complaints on this company from other consumers, i am registering mine here. I will update if the company closes the missing order complaint without fulfilling the order..

Then, I have sent mails to the supplier on 18/06/23 & 19/06/23 regarding defective item for replacement / Refund.

But the the supplier did not reply to the mails sent regarding issue.

They are selling duplicate electronics componets.

I ordered some electronic hobby project parts from www.electronicscomp.com

They shipped me a parcel containing all but 2 of items were missing.

So i contacted them by mail, they said that they currently dont have these items in stock for now. So i waited for some days to get the missing items. After some days a parcel came to me from them, containing 5pcs dpdt mini swiches, which was not ordered, or missing from previous parcel. I didnt even ordered them previously.

The missing items from the Ordered parcels was :

They sent me mail that we checked everything, we are not missing any item.

Now i dont have any way to recover my money. Please help.
