This website is scamming people by not refunding the amount when the order is not delivered or partially delivered. They don't provide a proper communication channel to get the customer support and whenever you call them the phone usually doesn't connect, or no one answers. Sometimes you get lucky to get a response, but they always have a template to say that they will ship the items. Our money is tuck with them and they never handle...

I had ordered two electronic components ( 2 each), invoice attached, on 25th Jan, 2024.
No item has been received.
I had asked for refund after waiting for more than 1 month. In reply to the same company said, we will refund in wallet of electronicscomp.com only.
I want refund back in my bank a/c.

Its now more than 2 months no refund has been made despite multiple emails.

Despite multiple attempts to contact the seller via phone and email, including an email on January 28, 2025, there has been no response. The lack of communication and delay in delivery is highly concerning. I request your assistance in resolving this issue and ensuring either immediate delivery or a full refund.

We had ordered a Creality K1C 3D printer and 3 Numakers filaments, order no: 3237414 through electroniccomp website on 14th of September 2024 and transferred a sum of Rs. 49, 994.71 by online through UPI. You had assured that you deliver the materials on 24.09.2024 but we didn't get the items. We have been continuously calling them on their help line and even visited their Bangalore office/warehouse. We were told that they will refund our money back but we have not yet received our refund. They are also not replying to our calls or emails.

This is the fraud company. We advise all to never deal with this else you may loose your money.

We are taking legal steps now to recover our money back.

Product not ship and denied for refund

This is the 2nd time I am complaining against Electronicscomp.com. Last time also they send some faulty Item & Missing item & later after complaining they refund the amount.

Again this time I bought some electronic Items from their website on 4th Sep 2024. The Invoice No.: INV/24-25/28073, Order ID: #3233403.

Today it is 12th September & they are not shipping the item, When trying to call [protected], they disconnected my call & earlier there was a different number those numbers are now inactive. This site seems to be a fraud nowadays. I bought an Item with a price of Rs. Rs.955.80.

I am writing a mail to them to cancel my order as on their site Order Cancellation option is not present but they are neither sending the items to me, nor giving a refund by canceling the order. I am stuck now & unable to buy the item from another site also as still the order is active but there is no response from them.

They are replying to robotic answers on email reply once as the items may sometimes not be available hence delays may happen. This is not the way they can keep this order pending for the last 10 days. Kindly do the needful. With the hope of a resolution, I am writing this to you. Kindly do the needful.

It is more than a month, but they are not responding they are sending the parts.

I ordered electronic components (wires and sensors) from electronicscomp.com on 29 May 2024 (Order 3192258). I paid Rs. 1550.33 for the order using my credit card. Since then 53 days have passed and I have neither received the items nor a refund. The items were supposed to be shipped by 4 June 2024. In reply to my emails on 7 June 2024 and 11 June 2024, the company said that the items were out of stock and would be dispatched soon. I emailed the company on 3 Jul 2024 and 5 Jul 2024 to cancel the order and provide a full refund to my credit card that I used to make the payment. The company replied that they can provide the refund in the Electronicscomp Wallet. However, I have emailed them several times and told them clearly that I do not want the refund in the Electronicscomp wallet and I want the refund to my credit card. The company has still not provided me a refund. I request you to help me in getting a full refund for my order.

Despite repeated attempts to contact the seller via [email, calls, whatsapp], I have not received any response regarding the status of my order. The lack of communication and failure to fulfill the order has caused significant inconvenience and distress, especially as I urgently require these items for an upcoming project.

I demand immediate action to rectify this situation. I expect the seller to fulfill my order without further delay or provide a full refund for the undelivered items. Additionally, I request compensation for the inconvenience caused by the delay and lack of communication.

If the matter is not resolved satisfactorily within [48h], I will have no choice but to escalate this complaint to relevant authorities, including seeking assistance from consumer protection agencies and lodging a formal complaint with the appropriate government department.

Once you order either you never get your parcel or you will get only some and cheap items.. rest of items they will say that out of stock even website showing product available in stock

They are group of fraud.. if you get pending amount in their app wallet and again ordered for rest of items than they will not send any items to you.. so please don't buy anything.. share awareness to another friends.. this is scammers..

I've ordered 1 x 500kg load cell and HX711 module from electronicscomp.com . They accepted the order right away but never shipped it. I dropped a mail to them after 10 days for status to which they respond that the item is not available with them and shall only be shipping once they receive the order, which has no certain timeline. I asked them to cancel the order to which they said that the refund money shall be transferred to the electronicscomp wallet only and no where else.

I had ordered 8 different items, out of which one item has 10 Nos quantity (BT139 600V - 16A Triac) order priced 30Rs per part. These parts if it doesn't match my requirement during testing, i had ordered another 5 Nos of higher rated part BT139 600V - 16A Triac priced 75Rs. The higher priced part has been shipped along with 6 other items such as heatsinks... However the 10 parts of BT139 600V 16A Triac is not present in shipment. The invoice sheet sent along with this order doesnt have a blue tick, which is present in another order i had raised. I have shared same as scanned copies, i am yet to get a closure on this. Since i see similar complaints on this company from other consumers, i am registering mine here. I will update if the company closes the missing order complaint without fulfilling the order..

I ordered some electronic hobby project parts from www.electronicscomp.com

They shipped me a parcel containing all but 2 of items were missing.

So i contacted them by mail, they said that they currently dont have these items in stock for now. So i waited for some days to get the missing items. After some days a parcel came to me from them, containing 5pcs dpdt mini swiches, which was not ordered, or missing from previous parcel. I didnt even ordered them previously.

The missing items from the Ordered parcels was :
