This website is scamming people by not refunding the amount when the order is not delivered or partially delivered. They don't provide a proper communication channel to get the customer support and whenever you call them the phone usually doesn't connect, or no one answers. Sometimes you get lucky to get a response, but they always have a template to say that they will ship the items. Our money is tuck with them and they never handle the customer well. Hence want the Consumer forum to look into the matter and support the customer who are facing the issues with delayed or no delivery of the orders. Was this information helpful? |
