I am writing to escalate an issue with an online electronics components store by the name ElectronicsComp.com . I placed an order on the
28th of OCT 2023 hoping to receive the items with in a week, it's been more than 10 days and I find the order status showing as "Confirmed" on their website with out any update on the shipping status of the order. I send a follow up email for which I did receive a reply on the 4th NOV from one Mr. Faraz Rao stating he is going to warehouse team to ship the order as soon as possible since then I have had no updates. I am now going to request a refund however looking at things I do not find this company honest and is indulging in fraud cheating thousands of customers. I have also tried reaching them on their phone number however there is no response. I am attaching the invoice received from them for the order placed. Appreciate all the help in ensuring such companies are not allowed to operate by not providing proper customer support after taking money from them. This is a fradulant company.
I have placed an order ( order ID 3118231 ) for an SMPS (12V 15A SMPS ) model EC-2389
The payment of Rs. 882.64 was done on 21/12/2023.
But the app shows that it has not been shipped till today.
They have some excuses ready when asked for the delay. I shoukd have checked these forums before i placed the order.
But what are the steps to place complaint for online cyber fraud? Please let me know.
