I bought 6 products from this website on 16/11/22, order no-2851954, they shipped on 30/11/ 22, it came late and out of 6 products they send me only 3, 3 are missing and i contacted them and also I sent photos of the product they send, according to their request, after that they sent 1 product only(conversation plug, this is a defective/not working, i told them to replace but no response), again I contacted them and send photos according to their request by mail, they wouldn't accept the photos by wattsup, the 2 item is missing, it cost around 385 rs, every time when I call them they said me to send mail, I sent 2 or 3 mail but no response, please help me to refund or repace defective item (1 item they send last)and refund the payment for 2 item, last two items is missing (last photo is conversation plug they send last and was defective/not working), i don't know why these people won't check before shipping, (company ph-[protected], email [protected]@electronicscomp.com, )and also very difficult to contact them by phone, most of the time it is busy or they won't pick up the phone Was this information helpful? |
