There is some issue with company. First thing is that it is already more than 7 days and they have not shipped it yet. They don't reply to customer email. I am still waiting for the shipment. I request you to please give then the warning and if they don't improve, please sure to block the website. Because there are multiple issue related to customer communication and shipment. If the product is not shipped within 4-5 days then there is some issue.
I will wait for some more time before filing the actual complain about them.
