Elica — 3 burner glass stove is not working

I had purchased italian hub 3 burner glass top stove on Jan 7 2025. Within a month one burner is not working after some day second burner also not working. I had raised a complaint. They rectify it. One Feburary after service done some days itself same complaint raised. Again I complaint. They rectify it. On March month i asked for replacement they said no replacement only service. From their side they rectify the problem. For past 11 month the product is defective i asked only replacement but they came and changed every interior product but still now I am facing the complaint. During service time i informed the company that on next time same complaint raised i only want replacement no service needed. I informed the company service also I will fill complaint in customer department if you don't rectify my problem. But that company don't react anything from their side. I need compensation from their side for past 11 month depressive state of my mind.
