I purchased the Elica I-SMART EFI HAC LTW 75 CM chimney on 14th December 2023, trusting its reputation as a premium and reliable product. However, my experience has been far from satisfactory.

At the time of purchasing I asked to dealer for installation but he denied and he said this is ready to use product this is normal cylinder stove u can install it by yourself

Hi - we have the above product installed by ELICA 9-10 years ago. The motor is installed on the outside as it is a split chimney. This installation was done by ELICA when we bought the product. The motor is not working properly and could have capacitor or winding problem. We have raised multiple service requests. As motor is installed outside (by ELICA), the service agency is not ready to service the same. Their seniors are unable to solve...

I bought elica Hob in Oct 2022 and got delivered in NOV 2022 from Kohinoor Life style Andheri west Link Road.

Model : Elica Hob Flexi DFC FB4B70
EFLS601HACVMS 841460.

In November itself, there was the wiring issue detected. The whole wiring was replaced in the 1st month o[censored]sage.

Since then two times leakage was detected, there were chances of fire in the house. I detected at right time....

After buying 41000 Rs chimney and gas stove, they can't even provide a duct . Usually whenever u buy any electronic product for eg. AC the company usually states that after a certain metre you will have to pay for the extra metre of wire. While buying elica they said us that after 5ft u will have to pay for extra duct. But while installation they told us that no u need to pay 1500 for the whole duct. This didn't even include the installation...

We are facing the issue with burners, they are under 2year warranty and the company technicians are not able to solve our issue over and above We have to pay visitation charges. I have raised a complaint 1 month before . Technician came to check and he tried everything opened the whole chimney, blower, fan . Still the sound was so loud . He talked to his head of Elica at number [protected] and even submitted videos that he made . The head of region said he will have to get motor and other parts replaced and sound will reduce then . This is to report a serious complaint against Elica chimney model number:WD HAC 51S[protected]. Last night, at 11:30 pm ( 19Sep 2021) the glass part of the chimney(2 years old chimney- sparingly used)shattered like an explosion.(Photos attached).

The glass bits were all over the kitchen. The chimney was not even switched on at this time and neither was anything kept on the stove. I want to register a complaint and would also...

Sir I have bought new elica glass top stove which has two burner ..today suddenly when I'm using it suddenly the glass got blasted and everyone really scared some glass parts spreaded throughout the kitchen we have taken 1 hr to clean this ..really shocked about this quality how can a big company like this can produce these cheap quality products ..what if something happens ..please seriously take action against this

I am having Elica 4 burner hob, with one multi flame and 3 swirls. One swirl started working in low flame. we called elica customer care and they sent a person to rectify it. The charge for his arrival is 413 rs. He came here and tried to fix the issue but in vain and started blabbering that it would require cleaning and will cost you 1000 plus. Worst service ever. I have been following up for the missing chimney part since installation for a month. They say need to pay extra for the missed baffle filter. Why should I pay if the part is missing and wasn't in the box that was delivered. I had ordered for 2019 model they delivered older model 2017. Pathetic service. CC team lead pramod spoke so arrogantly. Doesn't listen to the customer and damn rude. No more elica products....
