I strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing products from Elica. My experience with their chimney and customer support has been extremely disappointing.

3 burner glass stove is not working

I had purchased italian hub 3 burner glass top stove on Jan 7 2025. Within a month one burner is not working after some day second burner also not working. I had raised a complaint. They rectify it. One Feburary after service done some days itself same complaint raised. Again I complaint. They rectify it. On March month i asked for replacement they said no replacement only service. Disappointed with Elica Chimney Poor Performance and High Maintenance Costs

I purchased the Elica I-SMART EFI HAC LTW 75 CM chimney on 14th December 2023, trusting its reputation as a premium and reliable product. However, my experience has been far from satisfactory.
After utilizing the chimney in my new flat for just over a year, it unexpectedly began emitting a loud and disruptive noise. Concerned about this issue, I promptly filed a complaint on April 9, 2025, under the reference CRM ID: TGE[protected]....

Purchased an Elica chimney from their Bommasandra store near Electronic City on January 28, 2025, and had it installed on January 30th in my new home. From day one, this has been an absolute disaster.
When we moved in during March, I tried using the chimney, only to find that it doesn't even work. The moment I switch it on, the MCB trips, making the chimney completely useless.
Unbelievably Poor Service
March 12: I raised a service request, expecting a resolution. Instead, I got excuses and delays.
First Technician Visit: Instead of fixing the issue, he blamed my power supply and left. My electrician later confirmed that the problem is with the chimney itself.
Second Technician Visit (March 14): Finally, a technician acknowledged the issue and confirmed a faulty motor. He promised a replacement request, but nothing has happened since!
Multiple Follow-Ups: I contacted both the dealer and the Karnataka service head, but I still have no solution, just frustration.
Terrible Product Quality
The chimney came with scratches and visible damage.
There are vibration issues that make it feel cheap and poorly built.
For a so-called "premium brand, " this is unacceptable!
The Worst Part – No Responsibility!
Technicians are unprofessional and unwilling to solve issues.
I am forced to make endless follow-up calls just to get status updates.
No proactive response from Elica—only empty promises.
Final Verdict: AVOID ELICA!
I have wasted my time, energy, and money on this defective product and pathetic service. Elica doesn’t care about customers after selling their products. If you value your peace of mind, stay far away from Elica!
I demand immediate action to resolve this issue! If this continues, I will have no choice but to escalate further.

    We had purchased the 3 burners cook top in March 2020. from the time of purchase until date we had & now still have problems with the gas stove. Auto ignition has never worked it was replaced many a times. There are no good service team available at Yadgir, they are being sent from Kalaburagi. therefore, took it to Bangalore and raised a complaint there, I also spoke to the team and said that I do not want this to take the product back. they denied and said that they would repaint and replace the parts but will not take it back. Tulasi & me from the backend had a big argument however did not serve any purpose. Now we have raised a complaint on 7th June 2024 ( KAE[protected] which is still not resolved. Person named Shivanand does not respond anything, thulasi does not answer the call. I spoke to Mr Keshav Shivanands boss however no reply after. This is one of the wrong choices done of the product it is not worth. I do not understand how this product has cleared the quality test.

    So many times, we have complained in the customer care every time they say that issue will be resolved permanently but nothing happens, and we have to keep on giving them visitation fees. If the product is faulty, they are not ready to replace, now both the burners have started burning, Vessels become black. I have told the team to take back the gas stove

      My 3+ year old cooktop has developed an issue. Technician from Akhand Enterprises visited and said that two out of four burners have melted and need to be replaced. I cannot fathom as to how burners can melt in such a period. It seems to be a manufacturing defect.
      I expect the company to replace them free of cost.

        I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Elica regarding the consistent malfunctioning of the gas cooktop that I purchased approximately one year ago. Despite numerous service calls (approximately 15-20 times), the persistent issue with the burner's functionality has not been adequately addressed.

        Recently, a service engineer from Elica acknowledged the inherent defect in the product, further validating my concerns. Despite this admission, a replacement or suitable resolution has not been offered by Elica.

        The continuous inconvenience caused by this faulty appliance has led me to seek recourse through consumer forums and other relevant channels. I believe that the lack of action on Elica's part constitutes a violation of consumer rights and a failure to uphold product quality standards.

        I kindly request immediate attention to this matter and a prompt replacement or resolution for the defective gas cooktop. If necessary, I am prepared to escalate this issue to the appropriate consumer protection agencies and regulatory bodies to ensure a fair and just resolution.

        I trust that Elica will take the necessary steps to rectify this situation and restore my faith in the brand's commitment to customer satisfaction.

          Island Chimney - with split motor

          Hi - we have the above product installed by ELICA 9-10 years ago. The motor is installed on the outside as it is a split chimney. This installation was done by ELICA when we bought the product. The motor is not working properly and could have capacitor or winding problem. We have raised multiple service requests. As motor is installed outside (by ELICA), the service agency is not ready to service the same. Their seniors are unable to solve...

          They have delivered a defective product, which they initially denied to fix, after persistent follow up their technician visited and tried to fix the issue with multiple part changes but the issue has not been resolved. Now they want to take my product to their laboratory for conducting quality tests. This is highly unacceptable that my brand new product is taken back to their quality department for experimental testing.

          My request is to replace the product.

            Month back i file a complaint regarding the elica product
            3 times person need to come resolve the issue again same complaint
            After this they used to call from unknown number for the feedback every day i am getting 3-4 unknown calls from elica service center pan india for the feedback
            I am not interested in giving any feedback to the company but on calls multiple times i said kindly do not call me again for the feedback but DND and close my case
            Again next day i started getting the calls for the feedback
            What is the pathetic way to ask for the feedback
            None of the staff has manners to talk they dont want to listen they used to speak only the lines they learned
            In a busy schedule when you get the calls from the unknown number for the service feedback
            What a time waste task

              Complaint no. GJE[protected]
              Dt: 03rd january 2024.

              Gas leakage from one of the burners of Elica cooktop.
              Raised complaint earlier on 29th December 2023 and technician visited and charged INR 450 and invoice not received yet.
              Issue is still not resolved and the ticket was raised again on 03rd January 2024.

              After reminding a couple of times on the customer call number, I still haven't found any response from your end.

              Please, note this is an issue regarding gas leakage and concern for the safety of my family members.
              Awaiting a positive response as soon as possible.

                Hi,

                I have taken AMC service ID# 18504 on 12/01/2023 for Elica chimney, which includes 2 services: deep cleaning and normal cleaning. During the second service, the technician was unable to open the filter and mentioned that a senior technician would be sent. However, after a few days, I received messages stating that my tickets were being closed falsely citing 'customer not available at home'. Despite several customer calls, no progress was made.

                Today, I received a call from Nadeem Shaik, whose phone number is [protected], requesting the AMC PDF document to be shared on his personal mobile number. He was rude and demanding about receiving the document on his mobile.

                Our AMC will be completed in the next 10 days, and there has been no further action on the pending service. Even during conversations with Elica customer care over the phone, calls were disconnected abruptly.

                I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and the customer care response. I initially requested the second service on or before October, and it remains unresolved to this day.

                Could you please provide assistance on how to proceed further?

                  First complaint made on 27th oct. no resolution. second complaint made on 5th nov, still no one came to resolve it. there is leakage in gas still your company has no action plan to make quick resolution to it. its been more than 20 days now. payment taken on account of servicing. but still the same problem. waste people you all are. only know to sell products no service

                    I have done servicing for Elica 4 burner gas stove which is charged me Rs 750 for servicing and one small part is changed for Rs.2250 which is very high cost. Service man did not provide me bill. I called multiple times to customer care for bill, but they did not sent bill yet. I am not satisfied with service, and I have a doubt about originality of part changed. Could you please refund my Rs. 3000. If not, I want to go to consumer court for the same. I have call recording of call with customer care.

                    Please do the needful action on priority.

                      I have purchased top end Elica gas hob 2 years back which is costly in comparison to rest all the brand having similar models. Two of the burners are not working at all and other 2 have very minimal flame. I am unable to even get the price of burners. To replace those burners I have been trying to reach elica customer care and all available contacts since a month but no luck. Either calls go unattended else no proper information. Moreover customer care agents are rude and not providing proper information. No escalation email are available to complaint such behaviors. Its a big time trouble which has now led to frustration. I am wondering how this Italian brand can be so poor in services.
                      I am wondering now to reach FABRIANO (AN) ITALY HEADQUARTERS as an final call. I will never purchase any Elica products ever.

                        I bought AMC for my hob and chimney in Oct 2022, where it was mentioned to me that I will get 3 service in this AMC for the product.

                        Not Elica customer care is telling that this policy is changed in 2000 and providing only 2 service.

                        How elica sold this to me in 2022 and mentioned 3rd service row in the document.

                          Sir I have purchase whirlpool ( Owned by Elica) automatic gas cook top in March 2023 from Vijay sales Asharam road branch, Ahmedabad and very next week I started rasing complaints for it. So this real harassment for me as such each and every time executive come and make visit and says it will not happen next time.
                          I have vested lot many time for this complaints . As such soon after I purchase the complaints started so I ask company either to refund my money back or change cook top with the new one.
                          But nobody cares to do that.

                            I had purchased Elica WDFL 606 HAC LTW
                            MS NERO Auto Clean Wall Mounted Chimney on[protected].

                            I am experiencing that everytime oil is not collected into the tray instead it goes to the front panel side due to this flash light is jam with oil.

                            My submission is that my chimney was either not properly installed or it has manufacturing defects due to which oil is dipping from front side. In both the scenario Elica is responsible to rectify the issues caused by this.

                            Since Elica customer care trying to escape from their responsibility, hence you are requested to raise the issues with Elica at your level.
