I strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing products from Elica. My experience with their chimney and customer support has been extremely disappointing.
I purchased the Elica BLDC chimney, and since the very first day it has not been functioning properly. Despite raising multiple service requests, the issue remains unresolved. The technical support experience has been frustrating, with repeated follow-ups but no proper solution.
Instead of receiving effective support, I have spent months chasing service tickets without any meaningful resolution. For a brand that claims quality and service, this level of after-sales support is unacceptable.
