29 oct 2024 at night I purchased cooktop gas stove model no. 7033 Vetro

At the time of purchasing I asked to dealer for installation but he denied and he said this is ready to use product this is normal cylinder stove u can install it by yourself
At home when I opened the box stoves glass burner is broken from the corner and burner making too much noise
I contact to dealer he said talk in company
I called at customer support he sent technician
Technician said placed the tape at that place where ur glass was broken
And burner is okay
I am not satisfied with this technician
I called again they arranged 2nd technician
And 2nd technician check the stove properly and found a fault in stove burner he called area head mr.malik and sanjay
And they both deny to listen technician
Technician said too many times the burner is not okay
This is faulty
But area head and manager said to technician to repair it
They can't ready to listen what was the technician want to say
What the hell area head and company
Totally damage product recieved
I want replacement on this
