[Resolved] embassy residency — Appeal against Cancelation of Apartment Booking

I had booked apartment
in their their site embassy residency, Shoilugnor, Chennai in Feb, 2012. Due to Delays in the construction and probable certain issues in getting loan sanctioned, and when the loan was sanctioned, They had send me the apartment cancelation citing certain clause in sale deed agreement and deducting the amount paid almost in complete.
