Hi Embassy Management,

I lost my helmet( Vega - Rs. 2, 100) during last week(i.e. 24-sep-2018), which was placed in my reserved parking area (Phase-1 basement parking).

I haven't locked helmet due to trust with Security and CCTV camera's are nearby my reserved parking.

I want answer from the management (especially Manohar and Saravanan) for the below queries,

I booked an apartment in embassy residency in 2013 and i was told that the handover will be on Feb 2015. Now it is already delayed for 2+ years and i have paid complete amount except 1, 27, 490 Which is the last amount which has to be paid after handover i.e the last installment.

Now the problem is they have started calling the owners for inspection but when i called them i was told to send an email and when i sent email they...

Due to Delays in the construction and probable certain issues in getting loan sanctioned, and when the loan was sanctioned, They had send me the apartment cancelation citing certain clause in sale deed agreement and deducting the amount paid almost in complete....
