embassy residency — helmet lost

Hi Embassy Management,

I lost my helmet( Vega - Rs. 2, 100) during last week(i.e. 24-sep-2018), which was placed in my reserved parking area (Phase-1 basement parking).

I haven't locked helmet due to trust with Security and CCTV camera's are nearby my reserved parking.

I want answer from the management (especially Manohar and Saravanan) for the below queries,
1) CCTV camera near by my parking is not working (even exit-1 camera also). when you are planning to repair that faulty cctv
(may be after any major cause :) )
2) Got chance to visit cctv control room. Noticed even time also not in sync. Could see many CCTV time still running in 2000 year, Jan month
(you should be strong in Maths to find the incident time, if you last anything).
3) Another nearby CCTV capturing ground( focusing downwards), instead of pathway/ parking area. What a management :) !
4) I complained the day of I lost. But no update I used to get from management. Me only daily called and went maintenance office for update.
They not even checked single cctv camera. After a week of complaint understood should not believe them, so me only went basement
and captured where and all cctv exists, spent my evening time to check the nearby working CCTV.

Worst management ever. if the CCTV worked properly, I am sure that, can easily trace the theft and can avoid this kind of incident in future.

So, my humble request don't place your helmet in parking area, even if parking located near to CCTV( may not work :) ) and don't trust with Maintenance management.
Sure they wont take any any any action.
