Eme Records — Getting lower basic pay in pay level 6

Respected Sir/Madam,

1. This is Army number JC-778276P (old army number is 14640152X) Rank Naib Subedar Trade Master Technician (Comn) Name Surender Kumar presently serving with 195 Fd Wksp Coy, c/o 56 APO (7021 EME Bn). My date of enrollment is 29 oct 1997 and Date of Birth is 19 Oct 1980. I was promoted to rank of HMT on 25 May 2011 (mustering date), I got my first ACP as ACPNK in 2007, then got second ACP as ACP NBSUB in Aug 2019 when my increment was decreased and a lot of deduction Rs 2.4 lacs was done to my salary by PAO OR EME Secunderabad. The same process is done again by PAO (OR) EME Secunderabad when I was promoted to rank of Naib Subedar on 27 May 2021, and Rs 2.27 lacs debit balance is in my salary account. Two times deduction in the form of heavy amounts from salary along with downgradation of basic pay (one-two increment less) particularly, when I got ACP promotions in my entire servive.

2. I am getting a basic pay of Rs 43, 600/- in present rank of Naib Subedar. One person, whose employee ID is 98012, Rank Naib Subedar Name Madan Lal, is junior to me in enrollment date/year and also in previous rank of Havildar Major Technical (HMT) is also getting equal basic pay of Rs 43, 600/- which is not correct as per existing pay rules in vouge.

3. The difference in enrollment date of both o[censored]s i. e myself and Mr Madan Lal is 4 years and in 3 years in ACPNK rank and 1.5 years in previous rank of HMT.

4. You are requested to confirm whether is it logically correct as per current provisions of pays and allowances in vouge. Please clarify and do the needful at the earliest and info me on my email addres or on my mobile numbers stated below for taking up case with higher authorities in the channel.
