I am subrata chakraborty retired from indian army in the year 1992. Still i am nonreceipt of my e-ppo from my record office. Recently my pension has been revised vide mod circular no 631 dt 05/03/2020, which is not being reflected in my pension.

I number 706 4477 p EX HAV Ramesh Chandra Dey retired from crops of EME on 31st May 1987 vide PPO number-S/1149 29/87. I am receiving medical allowance of rupees 1000 from date of my retirement. I have applied for ECSH card and the same has been received by station headquarter Bendubi, bagdogra, siliguri west bengal. I have reached two station headquarter bendubi for receiving my e c h s card the authority of station headquarter told me to bring the pension statement of account for verification of non receiving of medical allowance but it is important to bring in your notice that I am receiving medical allowance. hence I request you to please stop my medical allowance as per the rules of ECSH policy at the earliest.

My policy no aps-nm-196946-l has been matured and application received to this office for payment. But the duduction certificate from nov-2013 to apr-2014 neither recipt nor updated. If premium deducted of given period please updated and sent the credit certificate to this office.in this regard mail and letter has already been sent to your office previously. The policy holder has already sent many letter and email to your office.

Published by mh khadakwasla part ii order no 0/0008/005/2019 dt 19 dec 2019 allc not yet adjustment till now.

I, ex jc 751771k ex sub/clk swami jivan vimukt applied for echs card for my eligible dependent widow sister madhumita biswas on 20 jan 20 vide application no. [protected] and temp slip issued accordingly but as per status dt 20 jan 20 eme (R)- rejected it with remarks sister not eligible for echs card.
Since dependent widow sister is eligible for echs card then not understood for this rejection. Immediately i have taken up a case to eme (R) & central org 💕echs to clarify it and imdt processing to issue echs card earliest vide my email dt 26 jan 20 & 29 jan 20 & also tried my best so many times to contact eme (R) over telephone but never contacted as always shown busy tone.

However responded by central organisation echs and throughly studied & perused my case confirmed this eligibility & advised me on 30 jan 2020 to take up a case with records office.

Kindly do the needful to process the same and submit the verification to echs auth on priority for activation of temp slip and issuing the new card to my dependent widow sister.

A copy of government of india, ministry of defence letter no. 12 (1)/2014/d (Pen/policy)-part-ii dated 3rd feb, 2016 and goi, mod letter no 12 (1)/2014/d (Pen/policy)-partii dated 7th nov, 2015 on the above subject is forwarded herewith for information and necessary action which is self-explanatory.

11. The provisions of this circular shall be applicable to all pre-01.07.2014 pensioners/family pensioners and their pension/family pension shall be stepped up with reference to rank, group and qualifying service in which they were pensioned. Note:a) the officers retired on or after 1.1.1996 in the rank of major and who have completed 21 years of service have been allowed the pay of lt. Col. Accordingly, pension of these officers have been revised by issue of corr. Ppos. It is therefore, requested to revise the pension of post-96 army officer with rank major and its equivalent in the air force and navy who have completed 21 years. B) in case of pre-1.1.2006 retirees, rank for pension and rank last held may be different. While revising the pension/family pension under these orders, rank for pension, which is shown in the ppos, may be considered for pre 1-1-2006 retires. C) a jcos/ors pensioner, who had retired with a particular rank and granted acp-i will be eligible for revision of pension of next higher rank; if acp-ii has been granted, he will be eligible for revision of pension of next higher rank of acp-i; and if acp-iii has been granted, he will be eligible for revision of pension of next higher rank of acp-ii w. E. F. 01.07.2014. For example - a sepoy granted acp-i will be eligible for revision of pension of naik rank, sepoy granted acp-ii will be eligible for revision of pension of havildar rank and sepoy granted acp-iii will be eligible for revision of pension of naib subedar rank.

Hello madam/ sir,

I would like to bring to your notice that i, jc 47725 naib subedar (Aa) vehicle ghanshyam dass madan, retired on 15/09/1970 with original ppo number s/27290/1970, have not received revised corrigendum ppo of pre-2006. Due to that, i had registered a complaint with pcda allahabad on 30/06/2019 with complaint no. 30215 to obtain the revised ppo. Over this, i had received a reply from pcda allahabad that, they had already issued the revised ppo with no. S/corr/6th /cpc/116347/2013 and had asked me to contact the record office secunderabad for the same. But, so far, neither i nor my present dpdo brar sqaure delhi cantt. Have received a copy of it from their office.
Due to all this, my dues and arrears against my pension are still pending with the govt. So, you are requested to look into this matter and contact the eme record office and ask them to send a copy of revised ppo to dpro brar square delhi cantt. And to me at my registered address mentioned in the records.

Sir mere papa army me the jo unka army no 14567091a. Inke nam par army group insurance fund ka insurance liya hua tha. Mere papa ka death 22/12/18.
Ko hua hai. Claim report ak file agi bhawan bheja hu aur ak copy eme record office secundrabad. Claim amount 200000 rupee hai.
Agi wale bol rahe hai ki. Jabtak record office death confirm nhi karenge tab tak fund nhi clear hoga.

fund and they assured me within 2 to 3 fund will credit in my account.But almost 13 Months have gone no fund had credited so for.
As I have started construction home and required a healthy amount to complete home. I hope you may understand my problem and will help me.

I, No 7104577 Ex Sep Pushpangadan A K had applied for ECHS vide Application No [protected] on 27 april 2018. The application was downloaded by EME Records on 31 Dec 2018 and rejected by on the same day as per the web site of the ECHS.

No reason has been assigned for the rejection by the Records.

I have rechecked my application and found that it is absolutely in order and conforms to my personal details as endorsed in my service records including PPO. However I have re-edited and resubmitted the same.

Kindly do the needful to process the same and submit the verification to the ECHS authorities on priority as my dependant ECHS polyclinic is pressing hard for submission of the New Card, as per the orders.
