I am writing to raise a grievance regarding a refund issue with Flaberry.

I had placed an order with Flaberry (Order ID: [protected]) on[protected], which I later cancelled on[protected]. I received an email from Flaberry stating that the refund has been initiated. However, I have not received the refund in my bank account to date.

I contacted my bank, and they confirmed that no refund has been credited. I also tried contacting Flaberry's customer service multiple times, but there has been no response. Their website does not allow me to raise any support query since the order was already cancelled.

          Untrustful company...

          1. The ordered item not delivered
          2. No tracking feasibility
          3. The Whatsapp number shown in the order is not available in Whatsapp
          4. No one will respond if raise help request or complaint from the website
          5. The website should be blocked for it's cheating business

            They are total fraud, delivering by contacting local dealers and charging huge amount, I had orders flowers for my mother one week earlier and then they said it’s not available and said refund initiated (without my knowledge) and then after trying to contact for 2 hrs they responded and agreed to deliver a cake and ordered same by contacting a local kekiz without knowing it being owned by my cousin. They charged Rs. 1918 including 300 for delivery for a distance of 400 mtr delivery address . It’s total fraud and playing with consumers feelings and emotions

              Order Not Delivered (Boutique)

              I have placed an order for a boutique for RS 700. My order ID is [protected], however the order was never delivered. There is no customer care email and no one replies to your mails.
              I am gonna file a complaint in the consumer tribunal, you have messed up with the wrong person bro!
              Totally fraudulent company. #FlaberrySucks...

                So I ordered two flowers with total amount as Rs. 4097.0, Order ID: [protected] - for Mothers Day

                I was contacted by their employee Rosy (+91 [protected]), who informed both the flowers which i had ordered was not available with them. So I asked them to kindly cancel the order and refund me. They said they will send me an intimation of cancellation via email. However I have not received anything.

                I have tried calling them almost 10 times and nobody answers my calls.

                This is example of extreme poor customer service. Such type of agency should not be allowed to even work. Firstly they lie about their inventory and refuse to take any calls or refund me.

                Update they have shared a mail saying ordered delivered. Have not received any flowers. How can i receive flowers when they dont even have them

                  I have ordered a boutique to be delivered today, but in the evening they messaged me that flowers are not available can we send CAKE.
                  If there's no Birthday or Anniversary, who needs a CAKE.

                  Never ever order from FLABERRY it's a fraudulent company.

                    DO NOT order from FLaberry. The picture they post on their site is completely different to what they actually send. The flowers, colours nothing matches. They send cheap flowers that are already wilted and noone from customer service even bothers to reply to emails. I sent about 10 emails and got nothing back. They did not refund anything and did not even apologize. use Flower Aura or Ferns and Petals - NEVER use this company!!! WORST company and WORST customer service.

                      I have ordered flowers worth 1397/- from flaberry.They failed to deliver the order and the very next day received an email from them stating i will get a partial refund of 980/- in 6-7 days..its been more than 17days and i have raised many tickets but no response from the team.Contacted via chat..they are telling in process..I am trying to reach them daily but no response to the tickets and the customer support (chat) telling me in its in process .please look into the issue and resolve this

                            I have ordered flowers on 13th Feb which was scheduled to be delivered on 14th Feb 2022. I have not received any call or message from the delivery partner and have not received the order yet. But when I am reaching out to the customer support they are saying it's delivered. They are not even sharing any contact details of the delivery partner.

                              Looks like this is a fake company when I was searching to buy flowers and cake to my wife today morning on vacation of valentine's day, I found this site https://www.flaberry.com/ in online and I haven't checked reviews about this site.

                              I have selected the items and just added items to cart, immediately I received a call from +91 [protected] one lady over the phone,

                              Hello sir we're calling from Flaberry.com services and I could see you have a pending order on your cart if you have any difficulties in payment we'll share you a direct payment link with the discount of 12% and I asked what's the guarantee? of the delivery and then she said you'll get order confirmation email and also you can check the delivery status, and cleanly explained the way of delivery and time also confirmed before 7:00PM (today 14/02/2022 time:

                              Immediately received payment link through the SMS with the discounted amount of INR 2850.

                              "Flaberry Services Pvt Ltd has requested payment of INR 2850.00. You can pay through this link: https://rzp.io/i/1eKkY2vkDl "

                              Amount paid and received confirmation email since then that mobile number is switched off and no response from emails.

                              They ruined my day.

                              What else I can ask just a refund and suggestion please take some action on this company to avoid more customers fall into this trap.

                                I have order a flower bouquet on 6th Feb 2022 for the occasion of rose day which falls on 7th Feb 2022. I was told that the order will be delivered but I didn't receive the order and in the evening I got a mail from customer support of flaberry that the order has been delivered successfully but still I didn't received it. I'm so angry with the service of flaberry. There is no contact number where I can call and enquiry about.

                                    I have ordered cake, rose bouquet and teddy from Flaberry site for my wife birthday and order placed a day before. I did not get any confirmation call from Flaberry about my order. Next day around 4 PM I got call for cake delivery. Cake was very good (only for that reason I gave 1star rating) unfortunately teddy was not worthy and it was a damaged piece. Next thing which I was surprised was about my order on rose bouquet instead of that they have delivered chocolate. I don't know who was taking that decision to change the ordered things. If ordered items was not available atleast they have to communicate and they can ask if they can replace with some other items. Rose bouquet was 399 bucks and they gave me 3 dairymilk chocolate worth RS. 80(3×80=240). I don't know how both was same. Also I don't want this chocolate as an replacement.

                                    I am trying to reach them but there was no response. I sent lot of emails and chats for refund and they told support person will reach me but this was never happened. I totally disappointed with Flaberry.

                                      1) I had purchased a bouquet titled "Expressing Emotions" which is supposed to contain 4 white asiatic lilies and 10 red roses. It cost me 1499+299 (delivery).

                                      Instead, we received a clownshow of a bouquet with multi-colour roses. Have attached photos of flowers received. It looks very cheap (not even worth INR 200). More importantly, it sent the wrong impression to the recipient which was my father -- whose 62nd birthday we were all celebrating.

                                      2) I had also purchased an occasion greeting card (INR 120) which was NOT delivered along with the bouquet.

                                      3) Lastly, the message printed along with the bouquet was wrong

                                      4) Have written multiple e-mails to their customer service mail id but have not received any response from them.

                                      DESIRABLE RESOLUTION -- EXPECT FULL REFUND
