Exchange Pickup Done Today but Status Not Updated

I had placed an order on FirstCry (Order No: 11101010XEK9D84251) for a Kookie Kids Full Sleeves Padded Winter Jacket. I requested an exchange, which was approved on 13th September 2025.

Today, the pickup of the product has been successfully completed, but the status is still not updated on the app/website. This delay is holding up the replacement process, and I urgently need the exchanged product.

Grievance- Money Blocked, No pickup since 30 days

I placed an order on 31st July 2025 through FirstCry, and received a damaged item on 2nd August. I immediately raised a replacement request, which was approved, and the damaged product was picked up on 7th August.

Since then, I have been waiting for the replacement, but there has been no proper update. The product status shows it has reached the final delivery hub, but it’s stuck there. The delivery date keeps getting...

Product return issue in firstcry

Worst customer service from Firstcry
1. firstcry deliver product but at the time of return they ask for self return and same is not specified to customer when ordering

Wrongly described product and not accepting returns

I had purchased R for Rabbit High Chair for my son and the description given is that the product is suitable for 6months to 5yrs kid.
Once I placed the order, the product reached on time but the assembly was done after 4 days. Once it got assembled, I understood how bad the product is with respect to kid's safety. I purchased it since it is mentioned that it will fit for kids upto 5yrs. To my surprise it hardly fits a year kid...

Complaint:
I placed an order with FirstCry (Order No. 20642406SZLF527F41), which was shipped via Ecom Express and reached my city on 22nd May 2025. However, it has still not been delivered as of today.
To make matters worse, the logistics partner falsely updated the status claiming that I requested "future delivery," which is absolutely false. I have made no such request.
I am currently outside India, and the item was important for my family. FirstCry’s lack of responsibility and repeated false updates have caused mental stress and harassment to me and my family.
I have contacted FirstCry support multiple times, but I only receive copy-paste responses with no real action or resolution. This is highly unprofessional and negligent.
I demand:
1. Immediate delivery of the product.
2. An explanation and apology for the false delivery remark.
3. A full refund if the product cannot be delivered within 24 hours.
If not resolved, I will pursue further action through consumer courts and social media awareness.

    First cry sent defected bicycle

    I have ordered a dress for my 3 years old boy on 28th September 2024 for Durga Puja …, I am extremely sorry to say till now I didn’t not receive this dress though Durga Puja ceremony already ended.       FC customer care refused to give refund as they are saying they have delivered all products. But I have received short products. How can we create unboxing video everytime.

        Package is damaged for the order no 30926285LAN40A6F7D. Products are not worthy for the money we paid.

        There is no return option. While placing an order they are not showing any return policy and once they deliver we got to know that we can't return. They are very much aware which products customers will return as the products are not quality and very costly.

        No customer care except digital voice assistant, I want to return this product at the earliest and want the refund amount.

            Product is delivering on time

            I Ordered the Diapers from First cry on Sunday[protected]. While ordering in website they mentioned we will deliver in one day on 22nd Jan 2024 at 7.33 am the tratcking status shows Product arrived to delivery center. But till now we havent recived the product.

            Additionally First cry is asking for extra shiiping cost to deliver to my location....

              I have ordered Pampers diapers of 84 Pants quantity with Order No. 19809882RMOA0B2009. But I have received only 42 pants, the executives were telling sorry it's an typo error and image shown was mistake. 2days before also executive told me I will be receiving 84 Pants no need to worry. Now they were telling we are apologize for this issue. For my son till today I have not kept diaper due to this issue.

                  Hi Team,

                  On 10th November I placed an order from first cry Order ID 14072967SBS8637A58. As per order it should deliver with in 4 working days. Unfortunately it was not happened and waited around 3 weeks and raised multiple complaints though customer care number. But they didn't take any actions and usual apology talks only . Finally I canceled my order, still I didn't receive my payment again I spoke with customer agents telling as they already given which is wrong. And they are demanding my entire bank statement to raise a complaint against on this. Actually firstcry is really a frustrating and irresponsible E-commerce company. Since last 1-2 year I raised around more than 15 complaints regarding order and delivery but no hope.

                    One of executive Helpdesk called me and asked to enter the voucher number in gpay 19999 and 20000 he told it's voucher code and note column to mention RFCAZ refund from firstcry but suddenly amount got debited from my account. An amount of Rs. 19999 and another amount of Rs 20000 kindly refund both the amount to my account
