Delayed replacement pickup

Not Taking back product and refunding the amount

I purchased a pair of shoes from first cry. Since the size did not fit, I raised a return request. Initially they said return pick up is not available in my area. Asked to send through courier. But the company name was not there and no contact number of the warehouse. This resulted in a delay of almost a month. They they said return pick up is available. However no one is coming to pick up. 2000ra is stuck due to first cry fraudulent services....

Exchange Pickup Done Today but Status Not Updated

I had placed an order on FirstCry (Order No: 11101010XEK9D84251) for a Kookie Kids Full Sleeves Padded Winter Jacket. I requested an exchange, which was approved on 13th September 2025.

Today, the pickup of the product has been successfully completed, but the status is still not updated on the app/website. This delay is holding up the replacement process, and I urgently need the exchanged product.

Non-delivery of products of prepaid order

I have made the prepaid order on 20th of August, 2025 which was scheduled to be delivered on 21 August, 2025. They did not deliver the order, no courier person contacted me, but the order status is showing delivered. I did not receive any product from firstcry. I placed an order on 31st July 2025 through FirstCry, and received a damaged item on 2nd August. I immediately raised a replacement request, which was approved, and the damaged product was picked up on 7th August.

Since then, I have been waiting for the replacement, but there has been no proper update. The product status shows it has reached the final delivery hub, but it’s stuck there. The delivery date keeps getting...

Worst customer service from Firstcry
1. firstcry deliver product but at the time of return they ask for self return and same is not specified to customer when ordering

Wrongly described product and not accepting returns

I had purchased R for Rabbit High Chair for my son and the description given is that the product is suitable for 6months to 5yrs kid.
Once I placed the order, the product reached on time but the assembly was done after 4 days. Once it got assembled, I understood how bad the product is with respect to kid's safety. I purchased it since it is mentioned that it will fit for kids upto 5yrs. To my surprise it hardly fits a year kid...

Complaint:
I placed an order with FirstCry (Order No. 20642406SZLF527F41), which was shipped via Ecom Express and reached my city on 22nd May 2025. However, it has still not been delivered as of today.
To make matters worse, the logistics partner falsely updated the status claiming that I requested "future delivery," which is absolutely false. I have made no such request.
I am currently outside India, and the item was important for my family. FirstCry’s lack of responsibility and repeated false updates have caused mental stress and harassment to me and my family.
I have contacted FirstCry support multiple times, but I only receive copy-paste responses with no real action or resolution. This is highly unprofessional and negligent.
I demand:
1. Immediate delivery of the product.
2. An explanation and apology for the false delivery remark.
3. A full refund if the product cannot be delivered within 24 hours.
If not resolved, I will pursue further action through consumer courts and social media awareness.
FirstCry.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      I recently ordered a 3-piece baby suit from FirstCry, expecting to receive what was shown on their website. However, the jacket delivered was completely different from the product image displayed at the time of purchase.

      I immediately raised a return request with images as proof, but to my surprise, it was denied with the reasoning that the "correct product was dispatched." Despite multiple follow-ups via email and sharing photographic evidence, FirstCry's customer support has not provided a resolution.

      As a loyal customer, I believe brands should take responsibility for ensuring their product listings match what they deliver. A mismatch in product description and actual delivery is misleading and should be rectified, not ignored.

        First cry sent defected bicycle

          Issue Summary:
          On 7th Oct 2024, I received only one of the three products I had ordered from FirstCry. The two missing products were listed under the same AWB number. Despite my repeated communication with FirstCry’s customer service, the company has failed to resolve the issue. They have responded by claiming that the products were properly packed and shipped, but I have not received the missing products.

          I have also requested further investigation, but FirstCry has canceled my return request and provided no proof (such as delivery documents or evidence of packaging) that confirms all items were shipped.

          My Attempts to Resolve:
          I have escalated the issue multiple times via email to FirstCry support, but their responses have been unsatisfactory.
          I have tried contacting their customer service, but they maintain that all items were shipped without offering any resolution for the two missing products.
          Relief Sought:
          I am seeking immediate action to either:

          Deliver the missing products as per the original order, OR
          Provide a full refund for the undelivered products.
          I request your assistance in resolving this matter at the earliest, as this situation has caused me significant inconvenience and financial loss. I believe that as a customer, I am entitled to receive the products I paid for.
