I have ordered the product i.e. HTC Mobile through Bajaj EMI Card on above mentioned date. The same was not received by me till date and i also not interested to buy this product. I was tried to cancel this product through costumer care No. but, not connected.

I have told to cancel this product while the telephonic conversation with company. Although, my EMI account has been generated by the Bajaj Finserve vide LAN ID 403ECF25194166 and Rs.1, 943/- will be diducted on 02.09.16.

Hence, it is requested to cancel the above order and close the EMI account please.

    I have placed an order and I haven't received any update on my order. I tried contacting all the phone numbers you have provide but none is reachable. Please if you can't provide the product please close that and pay the amount back. This is not the way to go with. Please try to close my order and return the money back to the same account I have done transaction.

    I have placed an order worth of rs 3300 and I haven't received confirmation message or mail but the amount got deducted. This is not the right way to do things I have tried calling all your numbers but no phone number is working.
    Money has been deducted from the account for incomplete order trying to cancel the transaction or orders and no numbers are working for EMI bazzar. They keep on saying the transaction was unsuccessful and to try again. I tried however the money has been taken from account. There is no proper contact for this shopping cartel.

      [protected], this is my register mobile number. On 28th i buy mobile on emi bazar, amount deducted but i did not get any conformation message or call or mail also. I need the information on this, i tried to reach the all of your customer care numbers but all are incorrect. This is not correct. With out conform the order how you pepol deducted the amount.

        Your mail id and phone numbers not working which are showing in website. Eleven though i sent one mail to you, but there is no response from your side.

        My amount was deducted in Bajaj EMI card.

        Now what i have to do?

            I ordered below mentioned items from Emi bazaar on June 25, 2016, worth of 57790, they received payment for the below orders from HDFC, but till now no confirmation mail from them nor they responded to my mail which i sent to [protected]@emibazaar.com on 30/06/2016, nor they responded to my call., very worst experience with EMI bazaar shopping.

              I have booked a samsung galaxy J7 on dated 27 .04.2016.There is no confirmation of order and when i call on toll free no. there is no response and coporation.Even no number is working there to support me..i tried many times to contact the company executves to solve this isssue bt all the number are busy or not responding... pls issue this problem as soon as possible.

                      Dear Sir/Madam,
                      I have placed an order on EMI Bazar on 18th January 2016 for purchase of "Philips Dryer & Straightener HP8299/00". Amount of INR 3594 has been deducted from my account (This is an HSBC 6 months EMI option). After so mant days not getting the item i have called to the customer care and they said this product is not available, but in the time of purchase they have not mentioned it. After so many called i have cancelled the product on 13th of February 2016 because o[censored]n available the item. They said amount will refund to my account within 15-20 days. Last week when i called they said amount will come to my account on or before 11th of March for sure. Today 16th March, i have calling them after 12th March, not even attending in toll free no.[protected]. Their Registered office number is out of service.

                      Please advice how to solve this issue

                        I placed an order with this website on 14/02/2016, payment of 4992.00 rs. was processed successfully ref number [protected]. they gave me order number[protected]. i did not receive any confirmation from the website till now. Its impossible to reach them over the phone as they disconnect your call. Believe me i tried 30 time in a row and was able to speak to one really unhelpful person who just said that you will receive the confirmation only after 2 working days. i was happy that at least i spoke to someone there. now i am not able to login online. using the same details which i used to place the order. when i am trying to reset my password the website says you will receive an email with the link to reset. but i really don know where are they sending the e-mail.. really a horrible experience.. it seems i lost my money.. :(

                        i have received a call today after submitting the complaint here, the lady was first of all was not fully aware of the complaint.. and when i said i want to cancel my order she said she will send me an email and i have to rely on that.. as usual i am waiting for the email and she dint answer why i was not able to contact their customer care number or why am i not able to login.. their services are good for nothing..

I have not yet received the confirmation of the purchased product although I have paid the full amount through Kotak Mahindra bank.                               I ordered Lava Selfi XI ON 23rd of October 2015. I paid full payment through my credit card. After that I cancelled the order today Is 4th December 2015 but struggling to get my money back. As company mentioned 15 days money back guarantee. I call on customer care number several but nobody response gives response to it. So I suggest everyone never purchased a product from this site.

                                  Hi Team, I have placed an order on 24th October 2015 and got an email on 31st Oct 2015 stating that seller has confirm the order and consignment will be dispatch within 7 to 10 days. I have followed up 4 times by sending an email to [protected]@onemi.in, but yet to receives the response from them. They have provided fedex tracking number as[protected]. But it shows the status as "Shipping label has been created. The status will be updated when shipment begins to travel." I tried searching my order # in emibaazar.com, but it is untrackable. To enquiry the status of my consignment by dialing the customer care numer. But it was not in use. Could you please help either to get my order or refund the amount I spent. Thanks, Govindhan S S

                                    Hi, My Name is Shankar. I've order a product on 27.10.2015 on EMI Bazaar over phone and payment has been debited from my Credit card but till date i haven't received either my Order number or product. I'm trying to call customer care since so long and wait for 7-8 minutes every time but no one picks up the call.
                                    Hope they are cheating everyone!!!
