EMI Bazaar — No refund of amount after failing to deliver | |||||
I have ordered philips portable DVD player on 27th july 2016 and made a full payment through credit card. My order no. is[protected]. No tracking information was available after several days so i called customer care, but no one responded. After trying many times, once the customer care picked phone and said that the product is not in stock. So after 10 days i requested cancellation. They said that there is "15 days money back policy" and the amount will be refunded within 15 days. Now still after many days the amount is not credited back and they are not providing any detail. They do not pick up my phone and every time i have to dial through a new number then they pick. Still waiting for refund Amandeep Kumar [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
