Sir, I have booked Karbonn A5 Turbo (White + Silver) on 23rd April, 2015. But so far I did not receive my order so far. In the mean while, whenever I tried to call by your toll free no.[protected]. There is no response from your side but the attendant who is there, just put the phone to music and sitting relax. This is not only the first time, every time they are doing this and totally there is no response.Today also I tried, they put on hold the music only. Then I tried the local no.[protected] and they gave me one mobile No.[protected] Mr.Hasish. When I called him and he gave me an other mobile No.[protected] Mr.Sashi and tried to this no but there is no response from him.
