EMI Bazaar — Refund Amount Not Received | |||||
Refund not received for order no[protected].Product Item - "Easy Roti Maker" I have brought the above product from 'EmiBazaar' online shopping but the product is defective, hence I returned the product.but After so many communication with EmiBazaar they did not refund the money in my a/c.1. on[protected] EmiBazaar confirm the product order is initiated. 2. on[protected] EmiBazaar delivered the product to my corresponding address. 3. on[protected] I discussed with cust.call service and initiated the request the product defective. 4. on[protected] I had returned the product with its original packing with all the accessories by person directly visited to the warehouse address of Emibazzar and handover it . 5. on[protected] to till date --- I have written so many Emails & phone calls to them for my refund status, they just replied "it is in refund approved status and this will take a maximum of between 2-3 working days to reflect in your account." 6. There are so many 2-3 working days has gone, but Till date[protected] I did not received the refund amt. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I had placed my order of a Philips Home Theater And DVD Player from emibazaar.com in the month of July.
However I had not received any thing from Emibazaar.
I called up there customers service team and asked for refund but no action had been taken from there end...
Planning to go for Consumers Court...
