Dear Sir/Madam, I have placed an order on EMI Bazar on 18th January 2016 for purchase of "Philips Dryer & Straightener HP8299/00". Amount of INR 3594 has been deducted from my account (This is an HSBC 6 months EMI option). After so mant days not getting the item i have called to the customer care and they said this product is not available, but in the time of purchase they have not mentioned it. After so many called i have cancelled the product on 13th of February 2016 because o[censored]n available the item. They said amount will refund to my account within 15-20 days. Last week when i called they said amount will come to my account on or before 11th of March for sure. Today 16th March, i have calling them after 12th March, not even attending in toll free no.[protected]. Their Registered office number is out of service.
