Emirates — Airline ticket

I had a flight booked from which had 3 leg, in which first one is domestic, full route was booked in one itenary and by emirates, but while rebooking the ticket i had denied of the domestic leg and no alternative was provided and i had to bear the domestic leg by myself and a loss of 7000 INR.
Emirates spent more than 1 month on issue and came back saying we could cancel and refund 1 week before the flight. so i had to bear all the cost including the luggage fee again which is a loss for me.
