Emirates — Loss of baggage- Frustration beyond expectations

I had a huge respect and admiration with Emirates airline. BUT recent experience shattered everything.

Recently, I lost one of my family members. I am already in grief and on top my only one checked in bag got lost. Since April 23rd 2022, no one from airline contacted me. The online status is showing last 6 days airline is still not able to track my bag. In todays technology age airline is unable to track my bag for 6 days is a strange thing, especially reputed airline like Emirates airline.

Anyone, had such painful experience from Emirates? If yes, how you managed buying essential things?

So far, I raised 2 official complaints and few emails with Emirates. I hope airline will assist me in my difficult time. I am counting on Emirates especially in this holy month.
