[protected]@tjsb — money deducted but transaction is failed

I paid rs 389.44to [protected]@tjsb by my upi id [protected]@Paytm. Emitra send me a link for proceed for payment but I did wrongly declined but I send amounts direct to [protected]@tjsb.
How can I adjust this amount against my due.
