It is very sadly shared you the experience i incured in Emmanuel Silks showroom at Edappally ,Cochin.
I went to the showroom for buying 3000 equilant cloths that i get from an equilant coupon from my firm given by Emmanuel .But unfortunatly after long search i cannot get the required property and i decided to went back to home.But after hearing my situation one of the customer stading at bill counter agrees to accept this card and give money.So i requested to emmanuel billing staff to reduce the coupon amount from their bill with the permission of sales staff. But one man who seems floor manager suddenly appered infront o[censored]s and he shouted very indecently infront of others reagrding this and he behave very rudely.He chat through phone to Managing Director saying that we are standing under floor camera loudly.All the staffs and customers hearing this. I still don't know is he really a floor manager or goonda . He act miserably infront of me seems threatening . Immanuel silks provided coupon for their promotion and never mentioned this coupon is not transferrable and i redeem this with the permission of the emmanuel staff at the counter. His behaviour make me a shoking experience especially from such reputed firm. I cannot prefer this firm for my colleges or relatives or friends because ofsuch behaviour from floor manager. Every firm is customer oriented.I still don't know why he behave like this. But the showroom manager after apologising me for the incident later. Please give me a legal help to act against it legally.
