Employee Provident Fund Organization — PF account cheque not submitted even in 2 years

Hi, I was employed with NIIT Limited till Nov 2012. Once I changed my job, I requested the transfer of amount to my new PF, for which I got a confirmation on cheque generation on 6 March 2013 along with other cheque details. I visited the EPFO-Dwarka office to confirm the status for my cheque in Sep. 2013. The cheque was in the records, but the amount was not transferred and I was assured that it will be processed within next 10 working days. Since then, it has been the same. I tried to communicate them with an RTI also, but the response was the same. Can anyone suggest me on how to proceed on this.
