[Resolved]  Employee Providents Fund — PF claim settlement not credited

I had submitted my pf claim settlement. but it is not yet credited. On contacting with pf office, they told me that, my cheque is returned and need to reisue the claim. they told that reissue form can be downloaded from pf website. I checked the website, but not received. I submitted claim on AUG 2013
