Employees Provident Fund Organisation [EPFO] — Pf amount not being transferred from previous employer to current employer a/c on the pretext of non-actionable claim.

Sir, On[protected], I have submitted my claim through the online portal to transfer my Provident Fund balance along with my Pension Service Details to my present account(ADA Software) from my previous organization(CARE India), where I had worked from[protected] to 31-Dec-2014. During submission I chose my last employer (CARE India) for attestation of my claim Form(Form-13). As per the manual after filling up the form and signing on the same, I couriered the hard copies to my last organization(CARE India) HO in Delhi & Regional office in Patna for their signature and submission. In accordance with the status shown on the online portal, my claim got approved from my last employer (CARE India) on the 13th of August-2015 .But no fund was transferred.On inquiry from the portal & the EPFO office I came to know that my claim is now being termed as a non-actionable claim and therefore I haven't received anything in my present account too. As a common middle class person I don't have any idea on how to proceed further on this because on inquiring my last organization is saying that they have approved my claim and thus there is nothing to do from their end and on the other hand my current organization is finding no way out to take any action against my claim so that they can help me.
