Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — adding old employer pf account number to the current employer

Dear madam/sir,
I have submitted the form offline in my current employer for transferring my old pf amount to the current employer pf account but still its not displaying in the current pf passbook.

So i have applied to link the old pf account to the current pf account online by uploading the hard copy too on 17th nov 2017 but still no action has been taken on the same.

Please help me out.
