EPFO site is always having some issues. How come an government of India's PF website will be like college student project. Always facing bugs. I added my bank account its not approved when I contacted customer support they don't know answer or sollution one simply ask to wait 7- 20 working days another person saying contact your bank. It's very hard to make KYC approvals I've been highly frustrated with this.

    Hi Team,

    Date Started: 14 Jan 2022

    Grievance CEPFO/P/2022/05949, CEPFO/P/2022/05146, and CEPFO/P/2022/04881

    Description:
    I have been struggling and getting harassed with transferring the PF from my previous employer to my current employer. The RO Bangalore One Team harassed me by rejecting the PF for random reasons in the last 5 times. They asked for Annexure K from RO Delhi East which I had submitted multiple times, later they asked for Joint Declaration under para 26/6 which I had submitted multiple times but they are still not approving the transfer. They are only raising Grievances but no actions are being taken.

    I have been sending emails to the entire RO Bangalore One team specially Senthil Kumar, Dennis Pradeep, and others. Nobody picks up the call or does anything. This is nothing but harassment because even after submitting everything they are not bothered to do anything.

    Please help me.

    First RO Bangalore One asked for Annexure K from RO Delhi East to verify the service history which I had followed up on and shared, again later RO Bangalore One asked for Joint Declaration under para 26/6 which again I submitted. Now again RO Bangalore asking to follow up with RO Delhi East. If this is not harassment then what is?

      Respected sir i submit a death claim to epfo and i receive a letter from epfo for some correction and they required some more document i again send all the and fullfil their all requirements after that i received a call from epfo office to regarding my claim they says that your all details are ok please attach dsc on employer portal. i attach dsc and new the dsc status is active. BUT till my claim not settled and now i receive i letter they again required that document whose already send. sir please help me for this.

        My PF claim for[protected] UAN number is continuously getting rejected and the reason listed is invalid as my fathers name is same on PF portal, current company and previous company. My latest claim ID is THTHA[protected]. Form-13 (Transfer Out)
        Reason listed is Your Claim [ Claim Id - THTHA[protected] ] has been rejected due to : 1) EPF SERVICE NOT RECIEVED 2) FATHERs NAME DIFFERS.

        My fathers name is same in all places.

                  I have sent Form 19 and 10C to the registered PF office in Shimla for amount withdrawal as per Grievance Registration Number: ROHIM/E/2022/00646. Amount of Employee share: RS 82, 747 & Employer share RS 58, 094 were withdrawn on[protected] against para 69 (2) as per PF Account passbook HPSML[protected]. However I got message from EPFO “your claim form 10 c has been rejected by EPFO on[protected]. No any reason found on mentioned link.

                    From ITC infotech the PF was partially transferred. About 78000/- is pending for 4years with no arrears. From ITC, the complaint is EPFO is looking into it. I have sent couple of times requested document PF passbook & my consent to ITC infotech. Can someone resolve this.
                    Is anyone looking at the issue or this is a fake site ?

                        Dear Concern,
                        My UAN no is[protected], I have applied for Partial PF Withdrawal in early in the May`22. As per EPFO Portal the amount is showing settled in my account on 10 May 2022, whereas till date not any credit received by me. I have also register a Grievance against the same but they copy pasted the remarks that the claim amount has been settled on 10 May 22 & closed the issue. I have also provided my Bank statement for such period on behalf of proof of the same, but no any one is responding till date, I have also escalated the matter to Ms Lata Shinde (lata.[protected]@epfindia.gov.in) but similarly she also not responding. The Bandra EPF Office is not picking any registered number continuously. I Helpless & Jobless now, I have opted for Withdrawal to look after for my Bread n Butter as I am not having any Job now.
                        Kindly help or provide me the detail of EPFO Legal department, so that I may persue with them only.

                              I have requested for pf transfer which is showing settled but the amount is not reflecting in the new account.
                              As per grievance request status, it is returned to chennai PF office which needs to retransfer but its not processed by chennai PF office .
                              Even after several mails/phones, no body responding to it.

                              I have filed RTI for the same which has been transfered to chennai PF office and still they are not responding to it.

                                I had been working for Accenture from May 2015 to Jan 2021.
                                I submitted my online claim form in 2020 October and they rejected it stating that ECR correction is needed.

                                From that time onwards, they are stating that the issue will be resolved within 3 months.
                                Now, Accenture PF had stated that PF team would resolve this by Aug 2022.
                                Why they need 23 months to resolve this problem?

                                I am concerned to see their lethargic response every time.

                                    Hello, I have applied to withdraw my pf on 25th April 2022, through Umang App. It's been 10 days now still it was showing as under process. when i went online on my epf account and checked the receipt. There was someone else name and details has been over written on my name and details. Also instead of my cheque screenshot. I can see the cheque screenshot of other guy named as Talib khan. Pls look into this because if my pf gets settled he will get the whole amount.

But then also DOB not corrected till date and it's been 6 months now. Online correction is being done from a long time now then why asking for offline document submission.
