Request to solve the date of joining and EPFO portal mismatch issue

Mrs C Abirami worked in our company (JKM Ferrotech Company Ltd) as graduate trainee in quality department since 14.09.2020~28.06.2021. In PF portal her date of joining & reliving date is mismatched as 16.09.2020 ~21.06.2021( PF No: TNAMB[protected] . But her date of joining & reliving since from 14.09.2020~28.06.2021. Request you to make correction of her date of joining & reliving issues .(refer attached company reliving letter copy )

Still now issue didn't solved
I'm an Ex-employee of HCL. I have raised my PF withdraw the status changed to Received and Under process on 22nd December 2021. I have received Annexure K document on 18th Jan 2022.
When amount will be reflect into my bank account?
In how many days I can get my PF? Please give me update.

    I have lost my husband Sachin Patil in May 2021 due to COVID and trying for my pension to be started since last 4months, but claim is rejected 2nd time although EPFO Pune shared claim over email by providing justification. Please help me as I have 2years daughter as well.

      I'm not able to turn off gen set manually through AMF(auto mains failure) panel. In case of long main failure like in times of flood we are not able to turn on/off the gen set according to our needs, it will only turn off when it get the main supply. Totally got cheated by powerica limited. now the representative says that we have to install an separate panel to turn on and off manually, but the panel already has auto and manual option, they did some mistake in wiring or settings and they want to make me purchase another additional panel. Its fair to send an proper support team and rectify the problem.

        Dear Concerned, I had raised a complaint in the year 2016 regarding PF transfer from PF Chennai to PF Delhi North Office. I have not received any response from officials in spite of repeated reminders for more than 5 years. This puts me in huge mental agony. Appending below the communication sent from from Chennai Office to Delhi North Office. Also request requested for Member Ledger.

        The member Sri.S.Hariharan made a complaint that his PF amount in respect of TN/22187/111 to DL/24754/3291 has not been incorporated in his member ledger.

        On Verification from our records that an amount of Rs. 96455/- vide cheque no: 913323 dated 01.02.2007 has already been sent to Delhi office and it is debited in Chennai EPFO Office bank account on 04.04.2007 and it is confirmed by Cash Section.

        Hence it is requested to send Member Ledger Copy to the member for confirmation of Transfer in amount of Rs. 96455/- in DL/24754/3291 and aslo include his service and issue a Revised Scheme Certificate to him.

        Extract of Service Details of the member as per Form 9 is as follow:

          Has failed to resolve my grievance.
          For every grievance, you have not for a single time provided appropriate justification.
          Appreciate if you can do all that is possible in your authority to process this claim as soon as possible.
          We do not wish to escalate this further and a bunch of similar cases which our team has collected over the few months during covid crisis.
          Recent grievance requested to attach the passbook but closed the case. Find the same attached here.
          Please do not give any reason or cause further delay. In the best interest of all parties involved.

                I raised a request for PF transfer from previous company (OLX) UAN[protected] to BCG Trust account MHBAN[protected] on 28th Mar 2019 with Claim ID GNGGN[protected]. On EPFO website, the claim status is settled but it does not reflect in BCG Trust Account.

                  My UAN is[protected]. i wanted to transfer my Old PF amount from THTHA[protected] to my current PF account. I raised a request online though EPFO portal, the Claim id is THTHA[protected].

                  In EPFO website it is showing status as settled but PF amount not transferred to current account. So please help me to get my PF amount in my current company PF account.

                    Hi, This is regards to my PF account with IBM daksh during period Nov 2006 - MARCH 2010. I had got approved PF papers from the IBM daksh back in 2013 which i was not able to submit in PF office in Gurgaon. I would like to now withdraw my hard earned money however I have been told by EPFO department that they no longer accept Form 13 approved from employer side and the same needs to be updated in EPFO portal. My problem is the PF account number when I try to get a UAN account for it says the PF account does not exist and for my registered mobile number it shows me the UAN account for my present employer which is under a Trust .
                    Please help me to get this sorted as I do not know who to contact now since IBM daksh no longer exist and Iam unable to connect with HR of concentrix

                      Respected Sir / Madam,

                      I have applied online for Pf advance claim and my claim was settled, also payment was sent by NEFT, but due to my Account bank Merged from Oriental bank of commerce to Punjab national bank... And due to this they have changed IFSC code for the same. Hence my settled amount not reached to my account and returned to PF again..
                      In this case, this is a not fault from my side.. So after all this rejecting my PF advance claim again and again i ordered my new updated cheque book with new IFSC code, and i have done new PF advance claim again, but today my claim again rejected saying advance permissible already done.. But in fact my last Pf advance claim amount not come in my bank account, its returned again to PF account. I am unemployment more than a month, i need my advance pf amount as there is option available for me..
                      So do needful for the same, kindly see attached pf claim details screen shot for your reference.

                      In this case i got one time Pf advance amount only which is credited in my account and that also declared by government, thats why i have applied that time for Pf advance.. Now i am unemployed more than above one or more months, and they are continuously rejecting my claim.. I got one time pandemic advance amount only, Rest of all claims rejected By EPFO... And now they are saying already availed permissible advance amount..

If they will again reject my claim, then i will submit again n again... I want advance, n i am asking for my money, not from their account.. Now let's see what they will do in this claim.. Now showing status as under process.

                        I have given online request for pf withdrawal on 22nd August 2021 but claim has been rejected - it mentions that claim has been already settled. But I have not withdrawn the full PF.

                        Moreover, claim has been rejected on the next day of 23rd August 2021 itselfm whereas every day I am getting SMS from EPFO your request has been processed and you will be get the settlement soon. This message i am getting for the last 45 days.

                          Twice I have submitted life certificate digitally, both the time it has been rejected saying Aadhaar number as per records and now do not match.
                          1.My Aadhar number since beginning has been the same, as submitted in PF office and given while submitted life certificate.
                          2.Who will tell me what I have to do so that my pension starts without any further delay.

                            I have tried to reach PF Office Noida multiple times on EPFO grievance & their customer care no but my issue has not been resolved for 3 month. My case is probably in AO in Rej as confirmed by my current PF office KR Puram but there has been no action taken & my PF amount is not reflecting anywhere. I keep getting the same response from PF office noida on Grievance portal that amount was transferred on 22 july 2021 but as mentioned above it is still not reflecting in my current pf office and is probably in AO in Rej status and this PF office is not responding to any query onthis.

                                I have put an online request for EPF withdrawal, UAN[protected].
                                PF A/c no. - MH/BAN/44219/1293 on 18th September 2021
                                Till now it is showing under process.

                                I have applied for withdrawal of around 50% of Employee share with category House Construction.

                                I also logged a grievance on EPFO Grievance portal and it also shows under process for 5 days now.

                                This is emergency requirement, if the amount is not provided in few days then it will be of no use and I will also lose on the EPF interest.

                                Kindly advice.
