      Hi, Myself sushant manhas and i had claimed for the withdrawl of my provident fund and submitted all the documents on 18th sep 2014. when i had checked its was showing rejected but reason not displayed in your database. i think this is my right to know the reason of rejection. as i am in himachal pradesh and not able to come. kindly confirm the reason of rejection or transfer my p. f amount as soon as possible. or i should take some action. this is mental harasment for me. given details are below.       Marked a mail to Mr Beerbal Meena on given email ids for the reason but not received a single mail for the reason of rejection.and one more thing want to tell that this provident fund scheme should be closed in india.really bad impression showing by the epfo employees .
      Still waiting for the funds from last month as checked today its showing rejected .i am suffering from Cervical disc problem and not doing job any where.want to use my funds or want to know the reason
      RO office had replied that my claim was rejected due to (Authorized officers signature not tallying ) but if you can check that signatures with company seal of SERCO BPO PRIVATE LIMITED and i had checked on Internet that EPO Office giving the same reason to all . which is not acceptable kindly provide the proper reason of rejection or Transfer the amount .
      There is no action taken by EPF Officer Mr Beerbal Meena till date .
      Till date no action has been taken from EPF office gurgaon and not replying on mails ...
      Sir .
      Really depressing that after given all the required documents still we have to wait for our own money with the pathetic reasons given by EPF office this is mental harassment . Kindly close this EPF scheme in INDIA .

            I applied for my PF bearing Ac/no MH/BAN/4300/470 in March and it got rejected and they did not send me any reason for rejection. Again I went to my previous company and inform the same and they resubmitted once again. But again they rejected again when i checked online the status says 'rejected letter is on the way'. It's been 3 onths and i have not received any rejection letter. Not for the 1st time and not for the 2nd time. It's really frustrating to hear that again and I don't know what's the problem to get back whatever we pay.

            My PF online status has been attached as a print screem. Please see.

                            Respected Sir,

                            I am Farooq Ahmad, In Aug' 2014, I had raised a request for withdrawal of PF balance. I have checked my PF withdrawal status. It looks like my PF form has been rejected due to some reason and rejection letter has been dispatched to my address. I have not received it yet and I am unable to send them other form as I don't know the actual reason why PF office reject my form.
                            I am in dire need of my money today and can not afford any further delay in withdrawal process.I would request you to take strict actions against regional office, South Delhi (Dwarika) so that they can not force anyone to land-up in such situation.

                            I am struggling for my PF withdrawal after 8 years of leaving job. In 2012, they had rejected my form due to overwriting. I am leaving in Lucknow and hard to get time to go Delhi to perform PF withdrawal process. In Aug' 2014, I reach Delhi and stay there to submit my PF form with the entire required details. And when I submit the form, it was completely checked by their person available in the window provided by the PF office, Dwarika. But now it is rejected again, it means my 3 days are waited and unnecessary delay in my PF withdrawal.

                            Can you please investigate the issue and let me know what exactly the problem was, because one more time they rejected my form in 2012 ?

                            I am sending you detail on company (EPFO, Dwarka, New Delhi) action taken to resolve my issue. After one week of this complaint, i received a letter along with my PF claim forms from EPFO, Dwarka, New Delhi), in this letter they had provided complete reason of my PF claim rejection. After getting this letter, i understand the exact reason why my PF claim was rejected, and then i can resubmit my PF Claim to EPFO, Dwarka. Thanks for your efforts to resolve my issue.                                 I had submitted the request for my provident fund transfer from my previous organisation account to my new organisation on 14th June 2014, now today I have checked the online claim status and it says that my request is rejected but no reason is mention on it and nor i have got rejection letter hard copy. Then i have raised grievance to know the reason but instead of providing reason they have suggested to refill the form, without knowing the reason how can i refill it.                                   Hi, My name is Vijay Verma. I worked with Convergys (Pune) for 1 year. I resigned on 04 Nov'12. I applied for my P.F in April. The documents were sent to Convergys (Gurgaon, Head Office). Then, it was sent to P.F office in Gurgaon. The form was submitted in June 2013 in the Gurgaon P.F office. I waited for my P.F to come in my bank account. My P.F account number is GN/GGN/0025204/00000/84887. When I check the status online, it says as mentioned below: "STATUS for Member ID: GNGGN[protected] Claim ID : GNGGN[protected] Status : Claim Form 19 for PF Settlement AGAINST Member Account No (GNGGN[protected] has been approved. Payment is under process. Claim ID : GNGGN[protected] Status : Claim Form 10C for Withdrawal Benefit AGAINST Member Account No (GNGGN[protected] has been rejected. Rejection letter is under dispatch/ dispatched to address in your claim." Its been 2 years now. When and how can I get my P.F. Please help me.                                       I have requested for PF transfer from my previous employer (PF A/c No: AP/HYD/23034/78168) to my new employer (PF A/c No: MH/BAN/45665/179462).

                                      7 months back (13-Dec-2013), I got a massage that my Request/Claim got settled, with following details:

                                      Member ID: APHYD[protected]-123

                                      PF Claim ID: HYD[protected]

                                      Settled Amount: RS 55820.00

                                      Sent to A/c No.: [protected]

                                      (IFSC Code: SBIN[protected]EPFO

                                      But I am unable to find my previous PF balance at my new PF account (A/c No: MH/BAN/45665/179462). Could you please help me on this and Kindly settle my EPFamount as soon as possible.

                                      I have also registered a grievance at EPFO website with registration number: ROBND/E/2014/08065
