Provident Fund — Non-receipt

On 15 December, I had received a letter (dated 31 July 2008) from the EPFO office at Kandivali, Mumbai informing about the dispatch of cheques pertaining to my PF account (no. MH/93921/2008) to my bank a/c with SBI (R.K. Puram, New Delhi; savings a/c no [protected]).

The details of the cheques are as follows:

1. Cheque no. 18203 for Rs 7904
2. Cheque no. 10354 for Rs 3495

Till date the amount has not been credited to my account. The bank claims that the cheques have not reached them.

Now I do not know whom to approach--the bank, the PF office, or the Indian Postal Service.

I have submitted my PF withdrawal form with the company in the Month of July 2008 but till date i have not received my PF money. My PF account no. is DL/25803/1504.

I had received a letter (dated 10/10 /2009) from the EPFO office at Kandivali, Mumbai informing about the dispatch of cheques pertaining to my PF account (no. MH/91327) to my bank a/c with KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK LTD (Teynampet branch chennai; savings a/c no [protected]).
and many more time i complaint about my claim status but till now am not get any reply from you, so kindly send the revert as soon as possible


The details of the cheques are as follows:

1, PF Cheque no :391588 & 29/07/2009 & state bank of india-malad -West Mumbai for Rs.6272

2, PF Cheque no :312722 & 29/07/2009 & state bank of india-malad-west mumbai for Rs.2401


Till date the amount has not been credited to my account. The bank claims that the cheques have not reached them.

Now I do not know whom to approach--the bank, the PF office, or the Indian Postal Service.

PF Office — Non receipt of cheque

Cheque No 200771 dated 5.11.09 for Rs 24599/- from PF office Hyderabad was sent to my bank without signature. The cheque returned by my bank Syndicate bank, Anna Nagar branch, Chennai on 1.12.09 has not been received by PF office although there is an acknowlegement dated 12.12.09 from them. There is no reponse from them with regard to the cheque inspite of repeated tel calls.

Provident Fund — Non receipt of PF Funds

PF Grievance Registration No: ROBND/E/2011/08931 filed on 21June 2011.
PF A/C No MHBAN[protected].

There is no response from PF office and I have been following up for the last six months.

    Sir,
    I had registered on the website www.cmpfo.gov.in for the post of Provident fund inspector in feb 2013 and paid Rs 500 as Registration fee.The tentative date of examination was 24th march 2013.But the exam got postponed due to unavoidable circumstances as the notice issued on their website.
    So,uptill now there is no response from their side and i think they looted lakhs of students with Rs 500 each.Please take strict action against cmpfo officials for this unfair doings by them.

      I applied for my PF bearing Ac/no MH/BAN/46788/1008 in March and it got rejected and they send the rejected form. Again I went to my previous company and inform the same and they resubmitted once again. But again they rejected again when i checked online and the rejected letter is on the way. It's really frustrating to hear that again and I don't know what's the problem to get back whatever we pay. The best part is that one of my colleague applied in Bangalore and within 10 days he got the confirmation from the epf office in KR Puram bangalore that it has been approved. Why is there so much difference in Bangalore epf application and Mumbai epf application??? My PF online status was shown as below-

      What a pathetic experience
      The company which I worked for 4 years is KAYA SKIN CARE LTD( Apart of MARICO) and the HR department were not bothered at all. My colleague got his PF in 10 days in Bangalore( he worked for YLG). What a corrupted PF office in MUMBAI!! I learnt a lesson that it's better to work with Bangalore based company if we don't want to get stuck with the PF claim in the future!!

        and my previous employer was

        And my request for PF withdraw was rejected due to reason : " DATE OF LEAVING DIFFERES WITH 3A UPLOAD.
        This is to your information as i mentioned leaving date of the company at 11/10/2012 as mentioned in relieving letter .
        My concern is why the company has not uploaded prior information about my relieve nor paid the amount
        which was deducted from my salary every month. And the company is least bothered about my query and
        even PF official's ( bangalore , rajarajeshwarinagar , mysore road ) in the office are insisting to contact my previous employer to solve the problem.

        Later i applied for RTI seeking information in detail with EPF office and my RTI application no is ( KN/PF/BG/RTI/177/190/13-14 DATED ON 13/05/2013 ) and i got acknowledgement for this.
        But till now i have not got any response or reply from EPF. I need take further legal action against EPF iof not proving me the information and for not taking action on the Employer.

          I was working with M/s. Sealand Diesel Pvt. Ltd. - Rakot , Gujarat and left organisation on 20th June 2004. But after doing all the process for my PF withdrawal the amount is not received at my end. ie not credited in my account , i have inquired with PF office - Rajkot and received following mail reply stating that claim is sattled but i do not understand how without getting credited money in my account how claim is sattled.           Usage of RTI can solve your problem.
          1) White paper with detailed query of status of application for PF number (from to respected sir format)
          2) 10 rupees postal order
          3) Post to address
          Public information officer, EPFO, place where PF account maintained
          See the response in 30 days and the government officer in charge of your application has to give reason with justification/answer and it will stand as a proof with valid authorized signature from a government officer.
          Please write query in clear ad legible manner. If there, enclose the copy of PF withdrawal or transfer application with your RTI application.
          Government officials will not give blunt replies for your RTI. You can see the accountable person for delay has to give an answer within 30 days and has to do his duty without fail. If not, he will be fined for each day delay in providing information.

              I joined NSN on May 6 2011. Through them, i applied for tranfering of PF accumulations from my previous account EPF A/C NO. KN/23624/1014(while working at Infineon Technologies Private limited) to EPF A/C NO. KN/23336/1111608

              We have submitted the form 13 five times till date. Every time it is being rejected for trivial reasons like DOJ, DOB not mentioned/bank details not given. Where as the collecting officer verifies the...

              In all respect, the duly completed Form 13 was submitted with RPF
              office at Laxmi Nagar, Delhi in middle of April 2013. It was
              processed and forwarded in front of me as I had visited due to receipt
              of a SMS.

              On 16 May 2013, a SMS from BV-EPFO stats "Your transfer in details for
              crediting new account has been received and the same is under
              process".

              Thereafter, there were no messages/communication. When visited on 14
              June 2013 at RPF Office at Laxmi Nagar, Delhi, confirmed that the
              funds was not transferred.

              Reason not known to me inspite of efforts made to transfer of funds
              for which so far, 3 days were spent towards sumission of form and
              follow-up.

                PF — PF interest not credited

                Dear sir,
                I'm Gopinath, I earlier on 2007 closed my PF account, as i was placed in a company abroad and the PF amount got credited to my back account, but in that the intrest for the period of[protected] was not credited and i received a letter stating this clearly and when i called the concerned i was also told that the intrest will be credited once year end closing activity has been completed, but till date i have not got my intrest which might amount to aroung Rs.7000/-.unfortunately i lost that letter from PF office during my relocation back to India. can any one advise me how can i tackle this issue and get the intrest amount credited

                  The EPFO has started a e-passbook software (Member portal) stating that the account information can be cheeked as when required. But in practical the information generated for the first time is been not updated even after 1 year.
                  I am Mr. KALIDINDI SUDHAKAR vide account no APHYD[protected] registered for e-passbook in 1st week of Aug-12 and received my e-statement of Accounts on 17/08/2012 12:52:47. Still today the the same statement is been displayed. ON reporting the same to the RPFC Hyd, he stated that the link has to be updated from New-Delhi.

                  I deeply regret to state that the esteemed organisation run on and for the PF transactions/amounts of employees and getting information of our accounts is a hell.

                  My self Vikas & i was working with Horizon group (Chandigarh) which employeed me (in Kotak life insurance co.) as a office boy in Ambala. They was cut PF from my salary.And before leaving the job from this organisation i had prior intimated to them by 15-20 days ago. And after when i ask him to provide my pf number. Every time they make many excuses & till the date not provide me my PF number. Dear Sir, you are requested please do something as they will provide me my PF Number.

                      This is to bring to your kind notice that I was holding EPF A/C No. UP/177/3078 with my previous employer M/s Kesar Enterprises Ltd., Baheri, Distt. Bareilly. I joined Dalmia Chini Mills, Unit Jawaharpur ( a sister concern of Ramgarh Chini Mills, Ramgarh ) from 30th Nov’ 06 and presently holding EPF No. UP/22642/873 with my present employer.                         My EPF is rejected twice
                        It been 3 yrs now.. first i had requested to transfer to the new account that did not happen, So I filled up new form to withdraw the amount,, i had verified the form with the executive , but still this got rejected,, the customer service is just a show off,, there's no one who answers the call.. I've 10 nos. of Kandivali ,No reverts even for emails to senior executive,

                        I don't understand why the reason is not attached in the same area.. where it shows the status online.. when the govt. is inefficient to help us.. then at least don't make it complicated...to reach out to these people with attutude every single time its rejected.. Can't it be a little quicker..
                        I don't know. if this is the case only with kandivali office.. or the office in mumbai.. Please help me out,, to at least know the reason for rejection?

                            I am constatntly foloowing up with Barkatpura Hyderabad PF offfice for my PF transfer confirmation .
                            It has been transferred from Thane Maharashta PF Office.

                            It has already been confirmed from Thane PF office that PF transfer has been taken place.Moreover Barkatpura PF office is also accepting that PF has been transferred but they are not ready to transfer it to my PF account maintained at their end.

                            They are asking for text file which is supposed to come from Thane Maharashtra PF office as its online(NEFT) transfer.


                            Is there any text file required really for PF transfer through NEFT.

                            Please help me out.

                                This is regarding my PF withdrawal against PF Account no - KN/42357/11170 and establishment code-KN/42357.

                                I worked with Oracle India Pvt Ltd from Jan 06 to Jul-10. I submitted my PF withdrawal form through them on 07/DEC/2010.

                                Its almost more 2 years, so far there is no sign of my withdrawal. Also I am not able to see its status on line. When I tried contacting Oracle's office they asked me to check with you.

                                Can you please let me know as to why the claim is still not settled and roughly how long it will take to get money deposited in my bank account.

                                  I have applied for my PF withdrawl on 22 feb 013. The website shows that my PF account is settled through NEFT transfer where as I have recived only 1 transaction amount of 6,000 and second transaction which should have been around 80,000 has not been recieved. I raised a complaint with EPFO but of no use. Tried calling there number multiple times but no one responds. Please suggest how should I get my hard earned money.

                                    On May 2011, I had filed form 13 to transfer my previous PF account (GN/GGN/25531/3317) to the latest one (PY/KRP/0035518/004918). When I look at the claim status of this application, it tells me the account has been settled (Claim ID: GNGGN[protected] and payment sent via NEFT. This does not tell me about the destination account.

                                    Now, I also tried getting my latest balance in current PF account. The total ER amount that I got in SMS, is not indicative of the previous employer's balance. It only shows the current employer's balance. Even the new account's passbook does not have any inward transfer.

                                    Can you please help me solve this mystery. I suspect my previous PF account's funds are missing/stolen. Please look into this asap.
                                    I had sent an email to Gurgaon RO (ro.[protected]@epfindia.gov.in) but they have not bothered to even reply.

                                    It has been 4 months but there is still nothing about my pf account.I havnt got my PF yet.
                                    This is really very bad.what can you say about.It must not happen but its happening.It shows that government employees do not work proper. This this must be taken care off neither it will be huge problem for the employees, hoping that this system will be improved and one day there will be nothing like that and we will be getting everything on time...its really really bad. It must be taken care off by someone spacial also there should a strictness, only then it can be improved neither not...
                                    I raised a grievance request on epfigms.gov.in, few days ago - hoping they will do something about it.
                                    And today that website shows a clumsy "under maintenance" page. So now I can't even check the status of my request.

                                    This country is definitely going down the drain. If the interests of hardworking people in a country is not cared for, these people will definitely quit the country sooner or later. And thats when, only parasites will be left out in this country - feeding on the leftovers of each other - eventually leaving a rotten pie. All the best India!
