Non-disclosure of PF account information

The EPFO has started a e-passbook software (Member portal) stating that the account information can be cheeked as when required. But in practical the information generated for the first time is been not updated even after 1 year.
I am Mr. KALIDINDI SUDHAKAR vide account no APHYD[protected] registered for e-passbook in 1st week of Aug-12 and received my e-statement of Accounts on 17/08/2012 12:52:47. Still today the the same statement...

NON - PAYMENT OF MONTHLY PENSION

PF amount not received site shows settled

I have applied for my PF withdrawl on 22 feb 013. The website shows that my PF account is settled through NEFT transfer where as I have recived only 1 transaction amount of 6,000 and second transaction which should have been around 80,000 has not been recieved. I raised a complaint with EPFO but of no use. Tried calling there number multiple times but no one responds. Please suggest how should I get my hard earned money.

Claim not settled correctly

On May 2011, I had filed form 13 to transfer my previous PF account (GN/GGN/25531/3317) to the latest one (PY/KRP/0035518/004918). When I look at the claim status of this application, it tells me the account has been settled (Claim ID: GNGGN[protected] and payment sent via NEFT. This does not tell me about the destination account.

I worked on Company in Pune for 5 Years, Then i joined my Second Company, for which PF Account was created in Chennai EPFO. I applied for PF Transfer from 1st Company to Second.
