Provident Fund — Non-receipt

On 15 December, I had received a letter (dated 31 July 2008) from the EPFO office at Kandivali, Mumbai informing about the dispatch of cheques pertaining to my PF account (no. MH/93921/2008) to my bank a/c with SBI (R.K. Puram, New Delhi; savings a/c no [protected]).

The details of the cheques are as follows:

1. Cheque no. 18203 for Rs 7904
2. Cheque no. 10354 for Rs 3495

Till date the amount has not been credited to my account. The bank claims that the cheques have not reached them.

Now I do not know whom to approach--the bank, the PF office, or the Indian Postal Service.

Provident Fund — NON RECEIPT OF PF MONEY

I have submitted my PF withdrawal form with the company in the Month of July 2008 but till date i have not received my PF money. My PF account no. is DL/25803/1504.

I had received a letter (dated 10/10 /2009) from the EPFO office at Kandivali, Mumbai informing about the dispatch of cheques pertaining to my PF account (no. MH/91327) to my bank a/c with KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK LTD (Teynampet branch chennai; savings a/c no [protected]).
and many more time i complaint about my claim status but till now am not get any reply from you, so kindly send the revert as soon as possible


The details of the cheques are as follows:

PF A/c no :MH/91327/6340

1, PF Cheque no :391588 & 29/07/2009 & state bank of india-malad -West Mumbai for Rs.6272

2, PF Cheque no :312722 & 29/07/2009 & state bank of india-malad-west mumbai for Rs.2401


Till date the amount has not been credited to my account. The bank claims that the cheques have not reached them.

Now I do not know whom to approach--the bank, the PF office, or the Indian Postal Service.

PF Office — Non receipt of cheque

Cheque No 200771 dated 5.11.09 for Rs 24599/- from PF office Hyderabad was sent to my bank without signature. The cheque returned by my bank Syndicate bank, Anna Nagar branch, Chennai on 1.12.09 has not been received by PF office although there is an acknowlegement dated 12.12.09 from them. There is no reponse from them with regard to the cheque inspite of repeated tel calls.

There is no response from PF office and I have been following up for the last six months.

What a pathetic experience

The company which I worked for 4 years is KAYA SKIN CARE LTD( Apart of MARICO) and the HR department were not bothered at all. My colleague got his PF in 10 days in Bangalore( he worked for YLG). What a corrupted PF office in MUMBAI!! I learnt a lesson that it's better to work with Bangalore based company if we don't want to get stuck with the PF claim in the future!!

This is regarding a PF. I submitted my PF form in Nehru Place Office in August 2008 PF vide number is DL/28570/1002. Still I did received my PF in my account. I would like to request you please look at a matter. I would like to request to PF office to have an attention and look at the matter.

Provident Fund — PF cheque not received

This is to bring in your kin notice that after so much pain i have received the PF letter stating the cheque details and amount but very much unfortunate to say that cheque is not yet received by bank, the cheques are issued in the month of february but still ihave not received the amount bank is asking for courier details but hats off to the pf departments phone no. which never works now iam in big trouble what to do

My P F Account No.MH 91565/3205 had worked with Sify Technologies Ltd.
from Apr 2005 to July 2007 I had submitted my P F Form after few months of my releaving I had subbmited
it still havent recieved the same can i please know the status of my settelment.
Last company is telling me that they have forwarded all the formailities to P F Commissioner office.

PF Transfer/Withdrawal:
Usage of RTI can solve your problem.
1) White paper with detailed query of status of application for PF number (from to respected sir format)
2) 10 rupees postal order
3) Post to address
Public information officer, EPFO, place where PF account maintained
See the response in 30 days and the government officer in charge of your application has to give reason with justification/answer and it will stand as a proof with valid authorized signature from a government officer.
Please write query in clear ad legible manner. If there, enclose the copy of PF withdrawal or transfer application with your RTI application.
Government officials will not give blunt replies for your RTI. You can see the accountable person for delay has to give an answer within 30 days and has to do his duty without fail. If not, he will be fined for each day delay in providing information.
Lot of success stories are there in usage of RTI in all government organizations since 2005…
Please send application to Central Public Information Officer of nearest Provident Fund office with postal order of Rs.10.

PF — PF interest not credited

Dear sir,
I'm Gopinath, I earlier on 2007 closed my PF account, as i was placed in a company abroad and the PF amount got credited to my back account, but in that the intrest for the period of[protected] was not credited and i received a letter stating this clearly and when i called the concerned i was also told that the intrest will be credited once year end closing activity has been completed, but till date i have not got my intrest which might amount to aroung Rs.7000/-.unfortunately i lost that letter from PF office during my relocation back to India. can any one advise me how can i tackle this issue and get the intrest amount credited

My self Vikas & i was working with Horizon group (Chandigarh) which employeed me (in Kotak life insurance co.) as a office boy in Ambala. They was cut PF from my salary.And before leaving the job from this organisation i had prior intimated to them by 15-20 days ago. And after when i ask him to provide my pf number. Every time they make many excuses & till the date not provide me my PF number. Dear Sir, you are requested please do something as they will provide me my PF Number.

UP/22642/873 .

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your kind notice that I was holding EPF A/C No. UP/177/3078 with my previous employer M/s Kesar Enterprises Ltd., Baheri, Distt. Bareilly. I joined Dalmia Chini Mills, Unit Jawaharpur ( a sister concern of Ramgarh Chini Mills, Ramgarh ) from 30th Nov’ 06 and presently holding EPF No. UP/22642/873 with my present employer. In the month of Oct’ 2007, I had submitted application for transfer of my PF from A/c No.UP/177/3078 to UP/22642/873. Required formalities have been completed by my present and previous employers in this regard . On receipt of my PF statement for the year 2009-10, it was noticed that my PF accumulation is not transferred from A/c No.UP/177/3078 to UP/22642/873. Since a considerable period have passed , but my PF account has not been transferred so far.

It is, therefore, requested to kindly let me know the status of my PF account No.UP/177/3078 and instruct concerned person to expedite the same at the earliest if not done as yet.

I shall be thankful to you for your early action taken in the matter and the same may please be intimated to me.

Dear sir i am working in BSNL as Junior telecom officer at meerut, Uttar pradesh.
Earlier i was posted at Muzaffarnagar, uttar pradesh with my EPF Account NO. UPW/30881/18 and later i was transfered to meerut, uttar pradesh with a new EPF Account NO. UPW/30900/141.
ihave submitted the form 13 for transfer of amount balance from previous account to new account.

It has been 4 months but there is still nothing about my pf account.I havnt got my PF yet.
This is really very bad.what can you say about.It must not happen but its happening.It shows that government employees do not work proper. This this must be taken care off neither it will be huge problem for the employees, hoping that this system will be improved and one day there will be nothing like that and we will be getting everything on time...its really really bad. It must be taken care off by someone spacial also there should a strictness, only then it can be improved neither not...

I raised a grievance request on epfigms.gov.in, few days ago - hoping they will do something about it.
And today that website shows a clumsy "under maintenance" page. So now I can't even check the status of my request.

This country is definitely going down the drain. If the interests of hardworking people in a country is not cared for, these people will definitely quit the country sooner or later. And thats when, only parasites will be left out in this country - feeding on the leftovers of each other - eventually leaving a rotten pie. All the best India!
