I left accenture 2019 June since then 54 entry of above reduction happened to my pf account due to which i lost more 60 from pf balance .

Hi EPFO team please check why it happened .I am going through tough phase and need quick help as repeated communication not taking shape of resolution .

    I have switched my job in 2017 and completed all relevant procedure for transferring the PF amount from the previous PF account (TCS) to the latest PF account in 2018. I have also received Annexure K in 2018 stating the PF amount from TCS is transferred to my current PF account. However, In the EPFO portal, the data reflected as "amount '0' approved and settled." and the amount is still not transferred to my current...

    I have applied 3 times for partial withdrawal of pf for the house construction and every time getting rejected. Account with gurgaon EPFO. I have to pay the money to be dor who are working for my house and in this critical time this gurgaon EPFO rejecting my request of partial withdrawal of PF. Really frustrated and feeling like a begger who have a money deposited in PF account but not getting when I required it utmost urgency. Please have a look into it.

      Dear Sir,
      I resigned from a company in June'09 and submitted my PF claim form twice. But didn't get any amount till.
      Now I am try to generate UAN against my Existing PF then it shows D.O.B and other details are missing.
      Please guide me.

        I am writing this on behalf of deceased parents of Balbhima bearing UAN:[protected]. With reference to above subject late Balbhima was working for Trimurti Polychem PVT LTD, RS Gardens, Bommasandra, Karnataka 560099 and registered address is 7th Main Rd, 4th Block, Jayanagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560011 accidently he died on 3rd august 2018. His parents are applying for the death claim from many years. But its rejecting for some reason like father name mismatch or KYC not updated, now his parents want to claim the amount under the death claim clause.
        After multiple time rejection Employer submitted the following clarification and documents as per their comments,
        1. Reason for delay in the submission of death claim application letter
        2. Death claim application duly filled and signed by deceased member father(Vishwanath) and Employer
        3. Joint declaration by deceased member father(Vishwanath) and Employer due to following reason
        a. Father name differs as per our office records (Claim ID - PYBOM[protected]
        b. Father name differs (Claim ID - PYBOM[protected]
        c. Submit hospital documents (Claim ID - PYBOM[protected]
        d. Certificate enclosed is improper (Claim ID - PYBOM[protected]
        e. Date of leaving wrongly updated in KYC (Claim ID - PYBOM[protected]
        f. DOJ, DOL or DOB not given in the claim form (Claim ID - PYBOM[protected]
        4. Death certificate original copy issued by BBMP
        5. Copy of the post mortem examination report issued by Victoria Hospital Bangalore
        6. Copy of Aadhar card of parents and deceased member
        7. Copy of Bank passbook of parents
        8. Copy of Ration card
        9. Passport size photographs of parents
        10. For all the rejection mentioned in point 3 given clarification as well joint declaration duly signed by deceased parents as well Employer and required documents submitted.

        After this also they not processing the death claim please let me know what we need to do. Please help in this.

            I want to link my Aadhar card number with EPFO, but my problem is, I cannot login due to the following reasons:

            1) My mobile number registered in EPFO is completely lost forever,
            2) My password is also lost.

            Therefore it is impossible for me to login through the above two methods.

            There is an alternative option for login using Aadhar card number.

            However, I am unable to login using the Aadhar card method because the website malfunctions in the last stage of the procedure.

            Here's what exactly happens

            1) I click the lost password link.
            2) Then I provide the UAN number, name, date of birth.
            3) Next, I provide the Aadhar number and solve a captcha code
            4) Finally, I am asked to verify the aadhar card number once again.

            Here's when the problem begins.

            As soon as I enter the Aadhar card number for the second time, the page refreshes and takes me back to the previous page and asks me to enter the Aadhar card number and the captcha code once again...and this goes on and on and on and on ...forever.

            I am not able to proceed any further after this stage.

            I sent an email explaining the above problem to the EPFO office but received no replies so far

            I tried the website's GRIEVANCE PAGE, but it is o[censored]se because it asks my mobile number for an OTP, and I have lost my mobile number so cannot proceed through this step.

            Please help!

                  Not able to submit pf withdraw request

                  I resigned from my company 3 years back. I am studying for civil services and need the PF amount.

                  there is error in https://unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.gov.in/ site.
                  when i try to open claim (Form 31, 19, 10C &10D ) option, i get below error message.
                  "Your bank KYC is not digitally signed by employer, cannot proceed"

                          I had submitted my provident fund settlement claim to the Kandivli Office and had received the following acknowledgement through an sms text on March 09, 2021:

                          "Your claim (Form-19 MHBAN[protected] has been received in EPFO on 09-03-21."

                          However, there is no information whatsoever thereafter as to the status of my settlement claim.

                          My last employment was with Wyeth LImited and terminated after close of working hours of August 31, 2014. Wyeth Limited has thereafter been merged into Pfizer Limited and is, therefore, no longer in existence to the best of my knowledge.

                          My provident fund account number is MH/BAN/0003995/000/0001051.
                          My date of birth is July 09, 1971.
                          My date of joining in Wyeth Limited was October 23, 2001.

                          I'd appreciate if I can get some visibility as to the status of my application.

                                  Hello, I have lost my husband Sachin Patil on 17th May due to COVID. Although he submitted PF transfer form 13online in Jan 2020, PF was not transferred to his current organization L&T trust and it was not informed.
