Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I have submitted documenst to my ex-organization in the month of Mar 2012 for PF withdrawal. But somehow claim status which is showing on EPFO website is that claim received on 09.05.2012 and is under process. But today is 1-Aug-2012 it is still showing as under process.

The helpline numbers which are given on wesite under directories (Mumbai - Bandra office) are useless. Nobody answers the phone call. People are picking up phone and keeping headphone aside.

I was working in delhi and staying in delhi itself. How can i visit Mumbai Bandar PF office.

Plz help me out where to find the exact status of claim settlement. Below is the status showing on EFPO website. I have registered complaint on PF greiveince site also which is also unanswered.

Registration Number is : ROBND/E/2012/13052 for complaint.

Employee Provident Fund Organization — PF have not received since 2 years

I have closed my PF account(MH/45665/37623) and given instructions to EPFO, bandra, Mumbai to deposit my PF amount in to bank account before I am coming to USA. I have not received my PF amount till today from 2 years now. I am not getting any kind of response from PF office and I request you to please bring it to justified conclusion.

    Dear Sir,

    I worked in Patni Computer Systems Limited in Mumbai for 2.5 years i.e. till Feb 2008. So far I have applied twice for my PF settlement and received no update till date. Last applied was in June 2010 and I was able to track my case online and it showed under processing for around 1.5 years.

    I even have the acknowledgement reciept that Patni company received upon submission of my case to EPF office.
    Now it is not showing any details for my PF account number. I completely lost my tracking and am highly worried about the settlement.

      Dear sir

      Sub : 1. Pf no.: mh/ 92540 /49
      2. Non receipt of pension amount.

      I had submitted my application for the monthly pension in form 10d under employees pension scheme 1995 through my last employer m/s bureau veritas certification (I) pvt. Ltd. Vide letter ref: mh/92540/49 dt 10.08.2010.
      I had also provided all the clarifications and details requested by the asst. P. F commissioner - regional office kandivali mumbai vide his letter ref.: mh/92540/pf/accts/41610 dt. 05.10.2010.

      Subsequently, i have neither received any further communication from the p. F office nor received the pension amount till date. It has been nearly two years since my submission of the application to p. F office.

      I request you to kindly refer the matter to the concerned p. F commissioner for immediate processing of the application and releasing the pension at the earliest.

        On 23rd December 2010 I have registered my Grievance under No. SROJA/E/2010/00092 and in reply you have informed me that "PF amount of Rs. 175920/- of your previous Account No. PN/10379/160 has been transferred to your present Account No. PN/801/2205 dated 15/07/2010. Your Form 13 had been received in this office vide letter No. 1012661 dated 28/06/2010. The amount will be credited to your presented account number for the year 2010-11 at the time of reconciliation of annual accounts of the establishment. Therefore, we are closing your grievance form this office".

        But it is matter of very regret that today I have received my annual statement for the year 2011-12 in which no such amount has been credited yet, while you assured me in your above reply that the amount of rs. 175920/- will be credited in my present account No. PN/801/2205 ON[protected].

        After the receipt of the annual statement of 2010-11 I have also written you e-mail regarding the non transferred of my funds in my new account but you have not replied.

        You are once again requested to look into the matter seriously and reply me immediately that WHEN and WHERE you transferred my balance of Rs. 175920/- under account No. PN/10379/160.

            I am Ajay Rathi. My PF account number is WB/CAL/34500/48. A claim request was submitted about one year ago, But ,I am not yet received my PF amount till now from the EPF (employee's provident fund organisation , India).
            Also, claim status website always shows the same information ("payment is under process") every time.
            How long it will take to receive the amount(cheque/ECS). Please do the needful as soon as possible.

                    I am a resident of Bangalore. I was an employee of WNS from Apr 2007 (When it was Cos-B, then Aviva), and quit in Apr 2011.

                    I submitted my PF Withdrawl application more than a month ago and till date, I do not have an update.

                    I am not even sure if the HR Teams in Bangalore and Pune have submitted my application to the PF Offices.

                    I worked with AOL, and I received an acknowledgement within 10 days of my application. This is called as a prompt HR initiative to assist employees.

                    The HR in WNS seems to work only for their own well being and not for the employees.

                    If someone can tell me who I should contact regarding this untoward behaviour from the HR, it will be a great help.

                        EPF Rejected Reason letter

                        I am Sankar Kumar Nanda, I have checked my PF withdrawal status quite a long time back. It looks like my PF form has been rejcted due to some reason and rejection letter has been dispached to my address . I have not recived it yet and i am not able to send them other form as i don't the actual reason why PF office reject my form .

                        As my PF withdrawal form got submitted on 9 th April 2010.My pf account no. is DL/27703/4723 and Name Amit Kr Akela and two month has been passed away but i have not received my claim amount.
                        As my many other collegue deposited their form after me by end of April 2010 and within a month they received their claim.

                        Sir my pf form submitted in feb'11 in regional office Bandra Mumbai that I have ackowledgement of the same, but in system shows that my pf form 19 & 10C recieved by you on 09-04-11, why the process delayed for 2 month. (PF No MH/42690/4622)

                        I have submitted my pf form on 16th May 2011 in regional office Kukatpally, Hyderabad that I have ackowledgement of the same, but in system shows that my pf form 19 & 10C recieved 09th June 2011. Please let me know the reason, if possible. (PF No AP/KKP/51535/30)

                        FYI: I had applied earlier this year on Mar 28th but rejected due to the reason that name spell in the office records was slightly different. But, I had provided a cancellation cheque of my salaried account of previous employer. This time i have got corrected my name with my previous employer and submitted. I hope so, this shouldn't be a reason for showing received date delayed.

                          My name is Manjit Ojha and am sure you can help me with this.

                          I facing a big issue in terms of getting my PF amount that I had transferred from Infosys to WNS global services. As per the records of PF department the amount was transferred in Jan 12 however at withdrawal in May 12, I only got the WNS PF amount.

                          I had sent a number of emails and raised a number of grievances at EPF site and the email ID mentioned on the site, however no one responded on the email and the people handling the grievances don’t read the grievance and mention a standard line that the amount is credited to your bank.

                          The point here is it’s my money, people at EPF are getting salary from my money and when I go to get my own saving amount, I have to struggle for months and its all because of the corrupted system.

                          Please let me know how you can help me into this.

                          I requested to understand why I have not received the amount of Rs. 60151 which was transferred to my PF account no TH/THA/43037/49127 from PYBOM[protected] as mentioned in the grievance ID SRBOM/E/2012/01570
                          This is with reference to your Grievance registered vide Registration Number SRBOM/E/2012/01570.
                          It is informed that after processing your grievance,the following action(s) has been taken:
                          On verification it is found that your pf transfer claim in form 13 is settled for rs. 60151/- sent through NEFT on 23/1/2012 and credited on 25/1/2012 to new Pf A/c no TH/THA/43037/49127.

                          Therefore, we are closing your grievance from this office.Please quote the same in your future correspondence.
                          The claim which has been settled for PF amount is 75108/- and cheque no. 901492, NEFT date 22/05/2012, A/c no.[protected],FPF amount is 12758/- and cheque no. 929703, NEFT date 25/05/2012 is for PF account number TH/THA/43037/49127.

                            It's been almost six months now and I've not received the entire PF amount. My form 10C was rejected but I am unaware of the refusal reasons till date. My rejection letter is not dispatched/delivered yet. Please inform me about the current status of my request. Thank you so much in advance.

                              This is for you kind information that from last 1year i am trying to recover my P.F balance. but not getting any response of my mail, also very difficult to catch them in telephone.                               I have received a letter where they have written that claim already settled. but I am sorry to inform you that unfortunately I have not received any cheque amount from your end as yet (Cheque No. Rs.5037/- and Rs.2560 Cheque no 391655,760391 dtd 31/12/2010). please look into this matter.

                                Form 10D for pension claim was deposited at EPF office Dwarka on 02.05.2012, SMS received as rejected vide ID No. DSNHP[protected] and A/c No. DSNHP[protected] and was mentioned that the rejected form is under dispatch. Till now I have not received the same kindly look into the issue.

                                  Hello sir/ madam,

                                  My PF no : MH/45880/9007

                                  My PF claim process and cheque issued on 25th apr 2012 cheque no. xxxxxxx but amount is not credited in my acccount
                                  I ask the bank, however bank stating there is 2 cheque bounced due to insufficiency of fund and they reject the cheque.
                                  But how come provident fund is the govt organization insufficeny of fund reason is not acceptable.

                                  I tried to reach pf office no one is pick up the phone and i raise the request through grievance on 30th May 2012.
                                  Till date i dont get any reply.

                                  Kindly advise your intervention on this and get back to my money.

                                    I had submitted the request for transferring the PF amount from SunGard (my prev employer) to Cognizant (my current employer) almost 2 years back. When we check the status in PF site we see that the request is approved and is waiting for payment, unfortunately this has been the status for almost 6-7 months. We enquired at the chennai PF office and were told that the request is pending with the Bangalore PF office.
